Aguillar OBP-3 Wiring

I've got an OBP3 and have just had a look (think mine is OBP3SK). It looks like it'll fit under the control plate but you'll have to drill the holes for the pots as the diameter is greater on the OBP3 threads. Looks like the battery will fit under there as well.

Mine is sort of wired (a few wires go nowhere) but I think there are plenty of wiring diagrams on their website

I installed one in the bass I built for our Zapp. You have to double check some of the colours on the wires coz they look similar. Also, you need to buy a couple of 1-meg resistors to solder to the mid-switch to lessed the pop that you get whilst switching. Why they don't include these I don't know. Apart from that, its simple.

A great preamp aswell. Although watch the bass boost - you don't need much!
