I'm posting some photos of my recently acquired, cocabola fronted Century 3005. These I've shamelessly "relocated" from the Bass Direct website till the weather improves and I get some decent ones done in daylight.

Keith Roscoe really does not limit the use of wood, each model is actually a combination designed to create a subtle instrument with a unique sound and look.
Here is my "combination"

Thought I'd contribute my new bass to this thread. Recently purchased my first Roscoe from Mark at Bass Direct (great guy, great service)! I went for the Century Standard 5 JJ below, and I can honestly say its by far the best bass I've ever played and I'm loving every minute of it. Spec as follows:

• Roscoe Century Standard 5 JJ +
• Swamp Ash Body
• Quilted Redwood top
• Three piece Select Maple Neck
• Exclusive graphite and steel reinforced precision adjustable neck
• Bird's eye maple fingerboard
• 35" Scale - 24 fret - 16" fingerboard radius, 19mm string spacing
• Hand carved Graphtec Nut
• Bartolini J Pickups in the Roscoe positions
• Bartolini 3-band pre amp with push/pull mid freq shift (250hz/800hz)
• Black finish Hipshot B style bridge with 18.3mm string spacing and Ultralight tuners
• Roscoe Gig Bag

Couldn't be happier with it.

Wow..the pattern in the Maple is so deep it actually looks like it's rippled and needs rubbing down..great optical illusion as well as a great bass..

Stunning bass mate, do give me a bell if you ever decide to move it on! Take it it's tuned E-C?
It is indeed strung E-C (with a D-Tuner on the E). As for moving it on... Highly unlikely! I'll consider it if you offer me list price... but that'd make any man cry! lol
