VxR Rusty Posted February 24, 2011 Share Posted February 24, 2011 Right, im starting to want to change my bass again I have a 2007/8 Ernie ball sub bass, but im swaying towards the fender J and fender P bass The Genre im playing atm is very much, Dance/industrial/electronic-rock, basicly Hadukoen, NIN, Prodigy, pendulum etc etc Was wondering if anyone could give me a run down on wich bass would be best for me I like low action and thin necks btw Rusty Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

martthebass Posted February 24, 2011 Share Posted February 24, 2011 Hmmmmm, If it's a case of wanting that P bass passive warmth with a J neck then I guess I'd take a look at Lakland Duck Dunn. What amp/cab setup are you using, I can usually get something nice an punchy without spitting treble on my 2 3eq Rays through my MarkBass gear. Theres a BB1100s up for grabs on here at the moment.
