BassDad Posted January 16, 2008 Share Posted January 16, 2008 (edited) Hi all, here we have for sale a well gigged Peavey Rig. I'm posting this for a friend because he has no computer. Rig is made up of a Bass Mark VIII Series 602 and 2 -off 210TX Cabs. He would like to sell complete. Specs are: Amp: 600w @ 2 Ohms 350w @ 4 Ohms Dims: H=200mm, W=580mm, D=330mm Cabs: 350w @ 4 Ohms Dims: H=425mm, W=610mm, D=445mm There is lots of facility for tone shaping, I've split the photo's into the various areas on the amp. As you can see from the photo's this rig has been well worked over the years, I'm not sure exactly how old it is but my mate has been gigging in a Country & Western band so was probably not pushed hard. No offence to all you C&W practitioners out there!!! He say's it has never let him down. He has now changed to a Genz Benz amp and cab. My son has gigged the rig recently in his Rock band and he had no prob's. I don't know what the weights are but the amp is really heavy and it and the cab's are built like the proverbial "brick S*%$house"! I have contacted Peavey for a PDF manual, they sent me a pdf for a VIIIXP I don't think it's the exact manual but it looks pretty close. The manual for the cabs is still on their website. (In my ignorance I don't know how to attach a link to the pdf download sorry). It would be for collection from Telford in Shropshire or possibly a meet at a mutually agreed point for the cost of fuel.
