Long-time lurker – thanks for all the invaluable contributions that steered me to ditch an old Ibanez that had served me well for years… now rocking a 00s MIM P-bass (in pic) that I've gradually upgraded with: '62 pickup, vintage threaded saddles, red tort guard, la bella LFT flats. I may or may not also play 'short scale 6-string 8va bass' (aka guitar), so use a Keeley GC-2 as comp/limiter and Hudson Broadcast for naughtiness… Into WIllie Weeks, Jamerson, Pino, you know the drill...
