Total Watts

1. I have 2 x Cab 47s that i use single or together, i'd imagine running the two cabs would be similar to the Cab 67. Very efficient and plenty of low end, not the lightest cabs in the world, running the 8x7 mini stack covers most gigs. I call it my mini 8x10 haha
2. Needing some advice, i currently have an ABM Evo ii and an ABM 210 cab, I'm wanting to add another cab for the louder gigs, i'm tossing up between an ABM 410 for a good price used or an ABM 115 compact, used but like new $125 more that the 410. If i get the 410 i probably won't need to add the 210, the 115 will be easier to lug around.
3.
The wattage rating of a driver has virtually no bearing on its output capability. That is determined by the drivers cone displacement, Vd, so unless you can find out what the Vd spec is for your current drivers there's no way of knowing what you need to replace them with to gain an improvement. The drivers must be matched to the cabinet volume and tuning frequency or they won't function properly.
So two different opinions ? I was thinking if TE could push 500watts out of there 210 they would. I also downloaded winisd but i'm having trouble working it out.
4. Really, that easy? I'm googling to see if there avaliable in Aus. Edit, and they are, $141 each. Is it a simple job to replace? i'm pretty handy with a soldering iron.
5. I've just added a power amp to my SWR ST220 and with the extra Watts going into my Trace Elliot 2103H cab it's pushing it pretty hard, i'm thinking of replacing the speakers for something with more power handling like 300-400 watts 8 ohms. Is it possible? Has anybody attempted this? As long as there a matching pair it doesn't matter?
6. I don't know what the new MXR Eq's sound like but the old 70's one i have sounds soooo sweeet through my swr rig. Even set flat it's got warmth!
7. MXR 6 band EQ are good. I have the old blue one with no bypass, the new ones have bypass.

a bit of gravel??

I read a mod'd BadderMonkey sounds awsome, it's not true bypass and can suck a bit of tone. I'm using a Boss ODB-3 through my Trace rig, not bad for grit, gravel, dirt and can even get a bit muddy if you like. THrough a P-bass ;-b
