1. Hi a few questions: 1) is there any neck dive? I have heard That some 2024x have that issue. 2) In what condition are the frets? Is the bass ready to play or does it need fretwork etc? 3) how is the action? I use 40-100. Can action be really low on this bass? 4) Do you ship to Denmark? 5) what payment options do you have?
2. I wanted a 3000A but ordered wrong one. I will keep it and take ut down.
3. Hey im just more into an active PJ sound.
4. Price is lowered to £1100 (shipping excluded). I seemed to have paid too much for this based on the condition and the photos I saw where not as precise..😉 I wanted to custom paint it anyway so I wasn’t that focused on scratches and wanted to change the bridge too. I want to sell my Yamaha BB3000 or swap it for a BB3000A - as this is the model I was after. I only had it for 2 days as i ordered it from Japan on Ebay. I thought about modifying it into the A-version - but there are too may things to change like knob position, backplate, battery etc. And it feels wrong to "take out" an original bb3000 off the market... It plays really nice - perfect setup. The bridge saddles are quite rusty but this can be replaced. Everything else works.
5. Hi Im Thomas and Im 55 and have a collection of Fenders, Rickenbacker, Alembic, Music Man Stingrays, Hohner, Celinder and Yamahas. Currently Im looking for a Yamaha BB-3000A and will soon sell my black Music Man Stingray Classic. I also may sell my Alembic Mark King Signature from 1996 with added stereo kit from Alembic. I will try get a Jaydee Supernatural Mark King instead,
6. Hi I just got a redburst Yamaha bb2000 from 1982 and want to have it completely repainted in white. However this mean that I need to get a decal of the BroadBass logo. Anyone know how to get this? Must look something like the photo attached. I want to keep bass as original as possible - except for the color.
7.
The bass was built for Thomas Skarbee and he used it to make the samples on the link below - amazing stuff. It used to have a link telling all about the bass itself but I can't find it on his updated site. http://www.scarbee.com/demos/jsf_demos.php
Hey, I miss that bass - should never have sold it... Hope its having a good life though!
