Sorry if this is a dim question, but have you noticed any tone differnce between the nickel and brass plugs?

Thanks finnbass. If Diago can not produce a 12v adapter then I think i'll go the same route as yourself with the Maplin adapters.

Thanks finnbass, how does the size compare to the Diago? And do you think it'd be ok to velcro them on top of each other on an effects board?

finnbass that looks like an interesting option. I'm currently waiting for Diago to get more stock, so if you get a couple of them soon i'd be interested to hear if you get any sort of hum issues.
