    newfound appreciation for my 3Leaf Enabler; it is an outstanding driver for my IEM. Feeding the main mix on aux in with volume control to taste.

      @ChienmortbbNothing to do with Eich specifically, just any class D I’ve tried has sounded underpowered compared to my class a/b stuff. I don’t care about ‘heft’ or whatever, they simply haven’t been as ‘loud’ in my personal experience.

      I think Ashdown is a good shout. Big amps though if you're travelling. I've also heard good things about Eich and their support, but it's class D, so (without knowing your gig) I'd want the T1000 at a minimum.

    Should I sell my spare head? Been wondering for a while. I have a Markbass LM3 & a Markbass LM800. I generally use the LM3 for gigs etc, and the LM800 for practice. How many amps have you got? Ever thought of shifting them? Do I need two amps, or should I shop one in? Hmm…thoughts?

      I have two Markbass LM2's, I take both to gigs, rotating them so that they both get played regularly.

      Makes sense to me to keep a backup when 90% of my gigs are paid and so I'm somewhat expected to maintain a working rig to keep things running smoothly.

    Had my Serek out for a gig on Saturday just gone. While I KNOW it's an amazing bass....it never fails to surprise me how good it actually is, how fun it is. Love it! Was a fantastic gig!

    Here's a bit of a mystery for the bass connoisseurs out there: from this image, can anybody figure out the brand of this bass? A colleague is trying to find the answer and I've been struggling! Initially thought it could be a Schecter of some description, but that doesn't appear to be right. A long shot, I know, but thought I'd ask on the off-chance. Thanks

      Looking at the logo in that pic, it kinda looks like 'Carvin' (which Kiesel use to be of course), so could be a transition model or similar.

      I can't find anything about what he plays, only had a cursory look on socials, but looks like it could be a custom Kiesel Icon, headstock looks the same shape to me, as does the body. @JimJammSpaceMan

      I wasn't a massive fan of the LM800 that I had, preferred my LM2. Wasn't really too much noticeable difference in output between the two.

    When you order la Bella 760fs and they arrive a day early you get excited to get them on, the disappointment when you open the parcel and they’ve sent you la Bella 760fs-‘m’ 😞

    Luckily I didn’t open the string packet…

    My stepson has just tested positive, 8 days before he was due to leave for his fortnight's holiday in the Maldives. They've been looking forward to it for literally years. Gutted is an understatement.

    Somebody in my local classifieds is trying to track down the person he sold a bass to years ago because he regrets it and wants to buy it back. Tragic.

    I knew the tab for 'are you in' (inkybus) was crap and I was fully struggling with the shift into the middle 8. But the tab had lead me to learn it *unsyncopated* but I figured it out and now it's all groovy. Screw you, tab.
