Hi, yes it is, sorry its taken a few days to respond nit been on the forum for a couple of weeks
Had it been 10 days ago I might have gone for it…. Maybe if my amp sells I’ll be back in for this

Selling due to vets bills and being mainly IEM at the mo. I bought in 2020 from Bass Direct pre-owned. Great condition, largely stayed at home under the cover. Probably pick up only, I travel up and down the A1 from St Neots to London a lot so possible drop off. I’m willing to post if I can find a reasonable box at cost. Hot cover and markbass wedge included.

I had the 600 for a while, lovely gooey warm front end, GLWTS

Trades?
After a 5 string or maybe fretless

Very close in sound the fender is marginally crisper, has a bit more depth and clarity. I think I’d choose the Sandberg though as my hips and shoulders would thank me.

Markbass vintage preamp, used for 2 gigs and at home for practice. I bought about 18 months ago from Bass Direct. Boxed with power supply.
Looking for £250 drop to £235 (18/1/24) trade for 5 string, I travel about South East England a fair bit for work.
Has 4 band eq, pedal switchable drive circuit with two modes, clean boost switch. EQ switch with 3 presets, clean, smiley face, vintage. Optical out for recording, DI for recording/performance. Line in and headphone out for silent practice.

These are really good I had the DI version bought from @Clarky before I bought the markbass pre-amp. Capable of lovely warm sounds and nasty overdrive

Had a listen and I quite enjoyed it! Obviously very Fusion, some nice improvisation and then unison parts.Bass tone and feel 👍 Like the drums, less like the tone of the other instruments but yes it’s fusion. Crazy breakdowns and laid back/funky sections my favourite bits. Do I like it enough to buy it ? No but I can’t remember the last time I purchased music (audio) anyway.

It's a beauty of a bass. The body is indeed black walnut, made from the same timber I used to make Gordon Ramsay's dining table 😉
Does Gordon know?

Want this ! I’m a few pennies short though. GLWTS

Two small strips of paper/plastic/cardboard inside the pickup cover (between the cover and the pickup itself) help to lower the pole pieces so they are flush with the cover, or actually slightly lower than the cover. Works a treat!
I might try this later, experiencing clicking on pickups when finger touches pole pieces after changing the covers. So just wondering which credit card do I cut up for this? -
I can vouch for these, versatile with boost and overdrive and the valve warmth of the pre amp. Like most single tube preamps it just give you a little warmth/character to give your sound a little more ‘natural’ feel. I’ve recently started using the preset shapes a lot. ‘Flat’ to me almost sounds like a bright setting, very clean. Super handy for practice with aux in and headphone out. Sorry turning into a review! Good price 👍

Looks way more modern 👍 and search tools/stock. Well done

Bought a set of labella flats from @Bassybert easy transaction and fast postage. Haven’t tried yet but look to be in good condition as sold.

He mentioned that it was ideal for someone that relied on public transit to get to a gig. He also makes a tiny 500 watt amp for use with Simone.
I have Monique in a birdcage. And believe in the magic Jule creates.
I’m surprised someone didn’t immediately grab this.
Still trying to save 😀

Yeah, the butterscotch and mint ones don’t have the 40th logo on the headstock rear… although the old page on the MM website always showed them with the 40th logo.
My mint doesn’t have 40th in headstock

Had a super quick response about a sale from Marcus and Mark at Bass Direct yesterday👍. Top notch.
I emailed two other bass retailers at the same time and yet to get a response.
