  1. recently bought a octabass off a fellow member on here but decided to go for a ebs wah wah or another ebs pedal as do not think i will use the octabass that much so would rather a pedal that will get more use out off- so will trade or sell- it is the latest octabass pedal with the three different switches- in box and with manuel. also after a loopstation so could trade in for that as well thanks
  2. which one do you think is the easiest to use- akai headrush, boss rc-20 , digitech, line 6 or tc electronics- also do they all have built in drums and do you have to use the drums- new to effects pedals as grateful for advice- cheers folks

  4. ok thats great - will look into it- thanks
  5. I saw a solo guitarist using a pedal that was like an effects loop pedal so what he would do is play a sequence ,hit the pedal, and it just copied what he was playing until he hit the pedal again. This enabled him to embelish over the top of the riff that he played. In the end sounded really good and full. I was wondering if they done one for bass- thought be good effect to have. Wonder if any fellow members use one or know bit more about it than myself the novice?
  6. from what i can gather once the button is pushed in and using the right lead it will power the effects pedal- dont think it has to be ebs- just replaces a 9v battery- just not sure if this can only work for one pedal? will have a trip over to Brighton to ask Bernie i think thanks guys

  16. there is a button on the back of the amp for phantom power so just wondered how this would power an effects pedal and whether i need just press the switch in as plug in as normal?
  17. I have got a ebs td650 head and it has a phantom power button for pedals i have just discovered. As i am new to this device I just wondered how it works? I assume it powers 9v pedals but wondered if it can just power the one device? On a different note on the head it says the tube/solid state is switchable on the front of the amp so wondered whether you can switch it via a foot pedal? Advice much appreciated!
  18. I am selling my boss mutli effects pedal board. It has five different effects and comes with power supply. It was an unused present so finally deciding to sell as not using it anymore. The effects are delay/chorus/flange- 10 band graphic eq/ overdrive/enhancer and limiter. Sensible offers please. Thanks
  19. Hi, i have a Warwick bass amp for sale. It is a blue Cab 60. It has two input sockets, volume, mid, bass, treble and aux level. It also has a line out and phones socket with a aux in as well so a really great practice amp. On the back it has a effects send and return as well. I have used it on small gigs so quite loud for the size of the cab. Also has a pull out arm at the back so it can be tilted as well. It is in mind condition and welcome to try out. Sensible offers please. Will post photos when I have worked out how to do it!! Thanks
