So, based on this response, when you've paid your money, how fast do you expect your paint to arrive?

No idea. I would imagine they would give me a lead time once an order has been placed.

If they don't see a sales enquiry as worth a reply, why would they bother much when they have your money? After all, THEY have what THEY want... 
It seems Sims Custom don't value your enquiry. I'd find another supplier.
