Hi my names Mark. I've always wanted to play a double bass rockabilly style. Ive just bought one. I live in Cumbria near Carlisle. I'm willing to put the effort in and learn. I've plenty of time on my hands as not working at the moment due to illness. Im left handed!!! Ill try and learn right handed but if not i plan to get a Luthier to make it suitable to play left handed. Im willing to travel! So can anyone recommend someone who offers lessons? Either North East, Northwest ie Lancashire! Or even Scotland? I'd love to be good enough to play in a band thats my goal. Cheers Mark.
