MXR M87 Bass Compressor Repair - May Be Of Use To Someone?

Hi, I just came across this post looking for a solution for my dead MXR Compressor. Looking at the circuit board, I see two possible op-amps (U7 and U8) and I'm not sure which is the one that needs to be replaced. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!
