  1. nice price! It would be perfect if with dot inlays
  2. could you upload a full view of the neck back (to show the wood grain)?
  3. If this one had a back headstock lamination, it would be the perfect. not heavy but considering that mtd 24 frets body is not that big... Is that swamp ash or white northen ash?
  4. Sir, I wiil buy it for sure I am not living in England but I have a friend who is also a bass player. He will contact you today or at least tomorrow (sorry for our jet lag). I’d be very grateful if you can change this thread to ’On Hold‘.
  5. Whats the weight? And may I see the grain of the maple? Clear photos of the neck back thanks!
  6. thanks, I will buy several in October when I would be not that occupied with my job
  7. I want to buy a status MM Stingray 5 bass neck and use it to make a 5 string jazz or bass. If I use CNC to make the body, I think it is best to get the neck pocket CAD drawing, but I cannot find one anywhere through the internet. Is that a secret for them? And for 30 years, it is still a secret? I found some specs on the official web that might help. the nut width is 1.75in and the width of the last (22nd) fret is 2.75in. And Stingray 5 has a flat neck heel which made the issue much easier. Those helped me with this CAD: (pic1.png, pic2.png) I had emailed Status, but they only say that the distance from the last fret to the neck heel is ABOUT 13mm or ABOUT 1/2in... No approximate numbers please orz. 0.3mm is not a small number in this work. However, when I asked for the exact dimension, So, I need your help. Can anyone provide an exact number, please? Thanks a lot!
