Hi all,
My name is Bill and I am a free style bassist who started back in the early 60’s and then became a DJ in 1972 up until 2000. I then went back to playing bass for some friends and also joined a local church where I played in some of the worship bands for several years. I now play as and when friends ask me to step in if they need a bassist as I live in Worcester and it is not too far to travel around the area.

Well, thanks UPS. They shipped my new bass from Tamworth to Amsterdam (where I live). And then to Stanford. And then to Amsterdam. And then to Stanford. And now it's on its way to Amsterdam for the third time in two days. Great.

Hello to Everybody on Basschat.
Im sorry I have been away from the Bass Guitar for so long. The Bass to me is the instrument that always brings the greatest emotions of all the instruments to Me and I always feel so comfortable and natural with one around my neck, Regardless of style and groove that im playing at that time Its such a personal and versatile instrument to me
