  1. Hiya, I'm selling my Ibanez SRFF806 Multi-scale 6 string in excellent condition. Can post mainland UK with UPS for about £20 or collection from north Greater Manchester. Fantastic bass; best playing 6 string I have played. I'm only selling as I have built another 6 string to replace this, so this wants to go to a good home. Excellent condition; only 3 notable scuffs, listed below. Specs listed after the pictures. This bass is discontinued, but the current version of this is the SRMS806 which sells for £950. Only minor visible flaws: Small scuff on the back. Small chip in the input socket. 3. Hi everyone, This is still available, and I have dropped the price to £1195. Thanks for looking! Phil
  4. PRICE DROP* £1195* Hiya, I'm new to this so please let me know if I'm breaking any rules. Relisted thanks to a time-waster.. I've had this for ages, but I don't play 4's any more so it needs to go to someone who'll appreciate it more. For sale (no trades) is my 1988 Warwick thumb bass, 4 string. This is the holy grail of thumb basses, from Warwick's 'golden era'. It's all original and in excellent condition. Made in West Germany (see electronics cover), this bass has a solid bubinga body and the proper wenge and bubinga 7 piece neck. The neck shape is the skinny type, not the baseball bat of some modern warwick basses. It still has the original EMG jazz pickups and 2 band preamp - all work perfectly. Frets are original and in great shape (see pictures). Tuners are original Schaller. Condition is remarkable for a 31 year old bass. There are a couple of scratches as you might expect, bit of buckle rash but no big dents or anything. Please see the pictures showing the edges of the bass and the various hardware etc. The only notable scratch is below the tailpiece (pictured) and some string wear on the pickups (also pictured). Weight is 4.65kg / 10.25 lbs. The bass is currently packaged ready to be shipped via UPS courier across the UK, or collection is welcome from Chorley in Lancashire, or from Chadderton in Greater Manchester. Any questions, ask away. Thanks for looking, Phil.
  5. SOLD. For sale is my first generation Ashdown ABM 1x10 combo amp, made in England in 2002. This is one of the last Ashdown amplifiers still handmade in England before production was moved to the far East. The tone is the classic, vintage, warm Ashdown tone. It is a combination amp, with 300 watts driving a single 10 inch original blueline speaker. Condition is excellent. The amp works perfectly and has only very tiny cosmetic damage. There is a small smudge of paint one on of the handles, and a couple of miniscule nicks in the buffalo leather covering. Collection only from Chorley, Lancashire or Manchester. Any questions, ask away. Thanks for looking. Features: 300 Watts at 8 Ohms Can attach an 8 Ohm speaker cabinet for more volume 2 channel input (low and high gain) Input level pot Ashdown's signature VU meter Valve drive section 7 band Equaliser Mid boost button Eq On/Off button Subharmoniser button and level control (sub-octave generator) Mute Switch Output DI XLR connection Pre/Post Eq switch for XLR output Output level pot Tuner/Line out Sub Out Front ported cabinet
