This implement by request years ago when we were involved with other events, it was due to visitors travelling from overseas or quite some distance in the UK wanting to see a specific artist, so this is how it came about. Hope you can join us at The UK Bass Guitar Show

  7. Hi Folks, Bass Guitar Review here, sister site for the new and forthcoming 'The UK Bass Guitar Show'. Great to see so much positivity with regards to us holding this event in Manchester. Many moons ago, we visited Bass Day UK. and really enjoyed this experience. Such a friendly city and creates such a casual vibe at our other show, with artists mingling with visitors. We have found hosting The UK Drum Show in Manchester to be a really positive experience and we look forward to having this great community vibe repeated for all low-end lovers. We are busy working behind the scenes on further bass acts and clinics for visitors to enjoy, and we have more exhibitors to announce shortly. We would like to thank any Bass Chat members that have already purchased our day our weekend tickets to our show in March. Early-Bird tickets are on sale until the end of December, but anyone that has further queries or questions, do feel free to reach out to us. www.theukbassguitarshow.com
  8. To fellow bass players, we would just like to say a quick hello and introduce Bass Guitar Review and the forthcoming event The UK Bass Guitar Show 2020 to Bass Chat forum users. We are the family owned business Gold Media and Events, who are pleased to bring and add a further resource for all things low-end, with free and impartial advice on BGR. Having originally been involved with Bass Guitar Magazine and with the founding company that introduced and launched the London Bass Guitar Show several years ago, it is our absolute pleasure to return and bring new low-end offerings, to what is, a truly fantastic community. Our new online platform BGR has been created to serve low-end users first and foremost, and for those that may have seen our backline brethren site Drummer's Review, you will know we offer honest and impartial advice to serve players. In addition to the new review resource we are bringing you, (more reviews to be published shortly) we are extremely excited to deliver, once again, a dedicated event 100% just for bass players. 10+ years ago when I made the suggestion to a small family publisher that we should organise a 2 day event wholly for bass players, the look of worry was there for all to see in plain sight, however when for the first year, I sat anonymous in the back of a packed auditorium as Mark King done his thing on the main stage, looking around to lots of smiling faces, the whole thing was worthwhile. Memories created and a new hub for bass players to enjoy.. We hope that current and aspiring bass players will join us on our journey once again over the coming months with our new review platform, and we sincerely hope (thanks to those that have bought tickets already), to see you in March 2020 at Manchester Central with a dedicated show just for you... The UK Bass Guitar Show. Thanks for reading, BGR
