I have a Japan Horizon guitar that I bought brand new in 1996, fantastic instrument ! I played a lot of awesome guitars but this one I will never sell it, I guess the quality is the same for this bass, ridiculous price for an instrument like that 👍 -

Kalium strings on Warwick are awesome, the best strings I have played even on other basses. I don't use it anymore just because I'm in France and the chipping coast too much but you have to try these guys and it's not expensive at all 👍

Sorry to be off topic (you can replay me on MP if you want) but I'm curious, did you ear a big difference between standard and brass bridge ? Because the price difference is huge anyway. And what about the preamp and pickups ? I think to change the MEC on my SS2 to had something with less high end sound.

I have an SS2 and had an LX Custom Shop so I know what you talking about, Warwick basses are very rich in high end frequencies and harmonics, so when you slap it you can't have the tone of Fender this his a fact, but it's work very well, as you said, it's a personal taste

Sounds very good and good playing as well 👍 I expected more high end frequencies cause of the woods but it sound better than I expected actually 😀 What do you mean by not so good for slap ? Because for me when I listen your sound sample I want to ear the slap sound of this bass Thanks for sharing 👍

The strings action can be very low (1mm). Sold with his original gigbag. Hello everyone, For sale (no trade but you can try me I'm weak 😅 no 6 strings anymore ) S2 fretless lined 6 strings, almost in mint condition. Sold with his original case Hiscox, tools for setup and all papers of the instrument, plus two news strings set double balls. Specs : - Year of production : 2006 - Body wood : Quilt maple/walnut, BO graphite neck - Electro : Status soapbars and preamp 3 bands (18v) with mid switch 3 positions (cut, flat, boost), no passive mode. - Strings spacing at the bridge : 18mm - Weight : Around 4,5kg/9lbs I guess (I don't have a balance to tell it exactly) Pictures : 1550£.
