I attended a show by a popular band, at the end of which the front man implored the audience to keep supporting the music or it would die. It ticked me off then, and it still does now, because it is not the audiences responsibility to support, it is the artists responsibility to inspire. What makes music die? Poor artistry by those who have the attention of an audience.

Hey Josie, thanks! Really I mainly play in groups, rock, fusion, metal but I'd set things aside for a while and wanted to just put something together so I threw together a quick improv piece. It is an Ibanez Probass II from the 80's, but I had a ton of modifications done to it in the 90's, shaped the back and deepened the cutaway so I could access the higher frets more easily and changed out the pickups, cut through the body to allow for a different wood type inlay.
