Broughton SV-Pre in excellent condition, boxed. Great sounding pedal but I'm now using a Line5 Helix Stomp that has numerous Ampeg models included so this is now surplus to requirements.
This is a link to a video review that shows the pedal off really well.
Notes
- Paypal or Bank transfer payments please
- £5 delivery to UK main land addresses

Boss pedal mega sale! I have now moved to using a Line6 helix stomp and no longer require all these separate pedals. Apologies everything is a little dusty in the pictures, they haven't been used in a while. All pedals in good used condition and in working order.

Japanese Metroline MV4 for sale in Immaculate condition:
- Black pick-guard fitted, original mint green one included
- Sadowsky semi hard case included
I bought this from Bass Direct last year to keep me going whilst my Shuker build was having some work done. I've got my Shuker back and I'm now primarily playing short scale basses so it's time to move the Sadowsky on.
Notes
- Collection only from Watford, WD17 or Central London, Great Portland Street (during working hours - I can work from the office)
- Straight sale, I'm not looking for any trades
- Bank Transfer payment only please

Hi, I just brought a markbass 102p cab and on the side there's a dial with states increase/decrease in dbs, but when plugged in and turned on nothing seems to happen?
I had one of these cabs and like you didn’t find the tweeter level control had much effect.
The 102p cabs have the piezo tweeters and these are certainly more subtle than tweeters I’ve had in other cabinets. I ended up leaving it fully open and push the treble a little on the amp

Herbie Hancock is at least that, and seriously kicking it on the bridge/ runway with his keytar!
Best I saw by far...
Snarky good, but just a bit lacking in groove and feel - a bit too studied.
Idles, attitude and bollox. Excellent!
Amyl and the Sniffers - musically a bit duff but completely feckitandeverything.
Saw lots of other filler, most just wet or annoying or average.
Sir Paul was what I expected - strummalongs of some Beatles songs and Live and Let Die. OK but nowt to even phone home about...
I confess to being a Snarky fanboi but it did feel like a bit of a 'b' team line up. No Larnell (though I'm not sure how much he plays with Snarky these days), no Nate Werth on percussion, Mark Lettieri was absent, no Shaun Martin; I was a bit disappointed - not that anyone on stage was lacking talent but those guys add that little extra.
I thought Herbie Hancock was brilliant.
I enjoyed Macca - my wife is a huge Beatles fan so we sat and watched his performance together into the wee hours of the morning. Idles were great, I quite enjoyed Squid too.
I saw a lot of positive comments about Khruangbin but I didn't really get them.
My bands lead singer is raving about Wet Leg (saw some of it) and First Aid Kit ...
any other recommendations to go back and watch on iPlayer? -

And I'm listening through a Bow Technologies Preamp into Bryston 14 power amp and Leena Xavier speakers...
No idea what any of that is but I'll assume they are good 🤔 -

Snarky mix much better for bass than Herbie's was!
Bass still a bit muddy, but not squished into a big lump with the drums.
Shame the Snarkys, while excellent musicians, don't groove like Herbie's band!
I don't want to jump on the bad engineering band wagon too much, but I tried to watch Nubya Garcia as a bit of filler between Herbie and Snarky and ended up giving up on her because the mix came across so badly on my Sony TV :(.
The Snarky mix is actually sounding pretty good; P bass with flats through a Markbass cabinet - muddy is probably the intended tone 🙃 -

Just noticed that Snarky Puppy are about to be on. Should be worth a watch unless you are disinclined towards jazz...
I've been waiting for this all weekend .
Shame they seemed to have fucked up the broadcast and missed the first 8 minutes or so. -
I don't usually sit and watch much Glastonbury coverage on TV but I've been dipping in and out a bit. I've not had a chance to see much of today's but yesterday I thought Girl in Red were good entertainment and I enjoyed the quirkiness of Wet Leg. Idles were excellent - all in all they were the highlight for me.
My kid has AJ Tracey on at the moment. Given he's playing the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury its disappointing that he's using so much backing track material. -

Oh I’ve fancied one of these since getting my srf500. What’s the body shape like where the arm comes over - is there any contouring ?

I have - and nothing on the horizon.
A pickguard for the sabre I ordered in December arrives tomorrow.
And a yamaha bb tuner/machine head.
does that mean I’m still in - it’s to keep the bass
IMHO you're still in

In excellent condition, price includes shipping to an UK address.
I bought this for a specific project where I needed to be able to record in stereo, however that's now finished and I'd rather go back to a smaller foot print single input AI which is all I need for some home recording.
It's a fantastic device, you can find the full specification on the solid state logic website: https://www.solidstatelogic.com/products/ssl2
