  1. Solid and reliable 8 ohm 800w Ampeg 4x10 cab. Everything is working as it should, sounds amazing. A few bumps and scrapes as you would expect from a gigged cab but in great condition and looks awesome. Collection only or delivery within a reasonable distance from Worcester. Priced to sell. Sold as pictured. Cheers!
  2. Got to do business with Steve today, as he took ownership of my gorgeous '66 precision. Top guy, great player, super smooth transaction and had a awesome time noodling and talking all things bass. Highly recommended! All the best Adam
  3. I had the jazz from this series and it was utterly glorious.
  4. Yeah, I’d say it was refinished at some point in the late 70s, so there’s some age to the finish for sure. It’s genuinely the best playing P bass I’ve ever had the fortune of playing, and if circumstances were different, it wouldn’t be going anywhere!
  5. If someone DOES want to buy it for 3k, you can buy my '66 precision for the same price...!
  6. As new Vintera series 60s Fender Mustang Bass in fiesta red. Bought new for a project that didn’t come to fruition, literally taken out of its padded gig bag, set up, played a few times in the studio, and put back away. Not a mark or scratch on her. Awesome funky little, exceptional playing bass that I wanted as soon as they were released, will even come packed in its original shipping box. Any questions, please ask. No trades or offers. Shipping at buyers risk and cost, cheers!
  7. That was originally my plan for her, but I ended up coming to love the grain and the finish as it was!
  8. I have this exact bass from the same year that I bought from new, and out of all the basses that have come and gone, this has always been one I’ll never sell. Awesome bass for the money. GLWTS.
  9. Oh man...don't...I've seen those ones go by before too...so painful!
  10. I mean everyone says this, but I really do mean it when I say this is the best playing neck I've ever had on a P bass. It really is a beaut. And I've played a bunch!
  11. True story...when I bought and watched the Queen - Live In Toronto gig on itunes...I spent about the first 20 minutes going...is it?? It's not...MY bass....is it?? I believe his is a '62 and I triple checked the grain pattern, but yeah...it's incredibly similar.
  12. Very original 1966 Fender Precision bass. Stripped and refinished at some point in the 70s, it was originally sunburst. Neck date is 5th October ’66, one of the last CBS transition basses (F stamp neck plate, but unstamped tuners). Pickup has one grey bottom, one black bottom, pencil dated May ’67 which is a bit of an oddity, but not the first time i've heard of it. Scratch plate, pick ups, hardware are all original. Pots that came with the base were terrible 70s ones (likely changed when it was stripped) that I replaced with new, but correct CTS taper pots using the original cap. The untouched, worn-back neck is the best I've ever played on a bass, as you'd expect from something that's been played for over 50 years. Small ding at the 12th fret which is unnoticeable when playing. My number 1 bass, with unbeatable playability and tone. Repro bridge and pick up covers and fender hard case included. Sensible inquiries only. Collection only, located in Worcester. No trades. No international sales. Any questions or try outs or anything at all, don't hesitate to give me a shout. Cheers! Adam

  16. Yeah, it's incredibly frustrating, but these things happen, onwards and upwards!
  17. They were based in Poland and it was listed as a non-International, collection only auction.
