What do you think guys? Does bass cab with 2x12 without tweeter will be a good solution? 2 12'' can do the job without a tweeter ? (Eminence Beta 12A) Could you advice me some "boutique" high end stuff? I don't wanna another "factory" speaker. Thanks.

Tweeters are not compulsory for bass cabs.
Whether a 2x12 does "the job" though, depends on what the job is. If there is a lot of slap you might think that a tweeter makes it sound better. If you are providing a soft bed for soul music perhaps not.
I don't have tweeters. I feel they put me into guitarist territory and there's quite enough of that already thank you.
