  2. @wright/watt oof, that delta metal Arpege is tasty!

My corner of Vigiers is looking not too shabby lately either.

My go to is still the Glover Signature Excess. it just does something special for me.

If i ever come across a delta metal Excess, it's definitely game over for my purse...

Is this worth a mention in the Vigier porn thread? My 89 Passion series 111, and my recently acquired 83 Arpege series1 Both are incredible instruments..Took abit of time to find an Arpege series1/11 funnily enough! Delighted to have this and quite possibly the best neck I have played on any bass, just amazing..Coming to terms now with how the electronics work.. Sounds great..In excellent condition,  Replacing the cracked back control plate, known Vigier problem..cutting out a bit of plastic to size no big deal..So this is the second Arpege  that I have owned..I had a series 1V..Wonderful bass all singing and dancing, the Glokenklang preamp..but I just feel the older through neck models have abit more in my humble opinion..This maybe nearly forty years old but still pretty groundbreaking in my eyes..Now what about a fretless.lol👍🤟😃

Not long ago the Vigier Arpege 6 bass was mine. I bought it from a guy in Spain. Played it for two years and replaced the Vigier electronics by a Glockenklang 2-band-eq. Btw I'm located in Germany. Then decided to reduce my weaponary and to stay with my other Arpege 6. This one moved to Romania and apparently very quick to ...where?

    Hi Marc,

i know it was yours 😉

it's in Munich now and It's probably going to stay here. I also reinstalled the original Electronics.

  6. The guitar is awesome! It was similar for me. I wanted to learn the guitar so I started looking for one. I got super lucky, within a week or so this one was with me. 😃 First series, serial 037.
