  1. Hey all, How is everyone transporting things like cables, in-ear cases, chargers, iPad/Tablets, spare strings, and all manner of miscellaneous things to gigs? I'm thinking more of touring where everything gets packed in a van with all the other cases, rather than say local club gigs/functions where I'd probably chuck most of those things in a gig bag. I'm trying to find a case with compartments to organise everything but haven't quite managed to find the right thing, so I'm curious as to what everyone else's solution is! Thanks Nick
  2. The one I'd end up having to get is the Max430? The depth seems like there'd be a lot of headroom, would that be a problem?
  3. Yeah I did see that they didn't have the foam in stock. Also, I'm pretty sure the dimensions aren't big enough for the LMIII? The Dimensions of the LMIII are; WIDTH: 10.87 in. / 27.6 cm DEPTH: 9.84 in. / 25 cm HEIGHT: 3.27 in. / 8.3 cm The Max235 is Internal dimensions: 235 (L) x 180 (W) x 80 (Base D) + 25 (Lid D) mm I'll have a look at the larger ones
  4. These seem great! There’s an extra £10 in tax for the UK once get you get to the checkout though. I did look at getting a similar one from an eBay store for a bit cheaper but I guess returns and complaints and such are a bit of a nightmare if it turns out not to be suitable or… stinky poo
  5. I’ve only managed to find these on the B&Q site https://www.diy.com/departments/17-aluminium-1-compartment-tool-case-set/1345837_BQ.prd?ds_rl=1272379&ds_rl=1272409&ds_rl=1272379&gclid=CjwKCAjw9LSSBhBsEiwAKtf0n9eOlQdBHPUiQsUjyWbk8xgYivS-jQ4KHwuXXasj2vYHGEV4u5cG0RoC0o4QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&storeId=1037 and https://www.diy.com/departments/mac-allister-20-aluminium-tool-case/1345840_BQ.prd £31 and £41
  6. Hey guys, I'm looking for a better way to transport my Little Mark III head to gigs. At the moment I have a rucksack with a little compartment that I put it in, and then I whack all my cables and extra bits in the main compartment. I'm looking for a relatively cheap solution, but one that offers more protection than a rucksack (or the markbass softcase that is usually recommended) Would really like some kind of hard-case option. Rack mount flight cases seem great, but also I'm a bit confused with how the sizings work, and whether or not I'd have to order custom, which then takes it out of the realm of being affordable. I was thinking of buying a cheap case like a cheaper version of a PELI case with a foam cut out. Has anyone solved this problem before? Thanks!
  7. Hey guys, As previous post, I didn't get any notifications so only just seeing your messages, I'll be able to get back to you this evening. Won't be too late x
  8. Hey guys, Sorry I haven't got back to your messages, apparently I haven't got notifications from Bass Chat going to my emails, so I've only just seen them! I'll be able to send you the weight when I get back home this evening if all ok? X
  9. Good point, I should add that I'd be willing to arrange a courier, but it ends up being quite expensive and imo a bit risky.
  10. Selling my Markbass 104HR 8ohm Cab as I'm looking to downsize to a 2x10. Selling for £350 (or can part trade for a Markbass 2x10) Absolutely cracking cab that I bought only a few years ago. It's been used for a fair amount for pub gigs, functions and some fairly sizeable stages with a LMIII. Handles a low B very well, never disappoints and has always given me a great sound. Very light for its size and can be carried one handed if needs be. The corners are a bit worn, but overall it's in pretty darn good condition! It's lived in a smoke and pet free house. (Will upload photos ASAP) Collection from Camden, or I'm willing to deliver within a reasonable distance. Can arrange a courier, which will probably be around £30/£40. Any questions please ask! Nick
  11. I know right? It's one of the nicest basses I've ever seen let alone owned!
  12. £1400 Now - £1000 SOLD Absolutely cracking bass, but have decided to part ways with it and try out something different - and I'm not the biggest fan of the 35" scale. Anyway, some details; Nut is at 46mm 35" Scale Neck Adjustable string spacing is at 18mm Shallow Neck Profile Overwater Active Electronics There are a few blemishes on the body, and one on the neck but nothing that affects it's playability. It sounds stunning and is an absolute pleasure to play! I can send over some more images for anyone interested Unfortunately not particularly looking for any trades at the moment. Pickup from Bristol or I am able to drive a relatively fair distance if you can't get to me. Thanks BASS IS NOW SOLD
  13. Sold one cab the other day! One cab is still available for £425
