HI I use a Jim Dunlop Cry Baby, a Bass flanger & a Octave Pedal, (i have 2 on the board, the ashdown doesnt track long notes well, and the other Brand escapes me has a hasher sound) I do a bass lead type solo on rocky mountoan way, (totally self indulgent) your right about the Guitar wha wah and what it does to the tones but 11!! i mean 11 ha ha

Hello everyone Well ive come over the the dark side, from lead guitar, & sax to the BASS!!! I have to say i am really enjoying it, started with the bass around feb with the band, (drummer is next door nieghbour) we have played a few gigs & at 59 loving getting back into playing live music again Based over in Barnoldswick near Skipton, in Yorkshire No doubt i wil be popping up on here Best regards Brian (Station Yard)
