Met up with Mike last week & bought his super clean JV P bass. Hassle free transaction & a thoroughly decent chap. A credit to the Basschat community.

Gerry very kindly donated a Gator dual gig bag sometime ago. He also replied to my items wanted for a Sadowsky pre amp pedal. The pedal arrived yesterday morning.
Another credit to the Basschat community.
Please deal with complete confidence.- 1

I'll post some better pics as soon as I get a chance. Has anyone any idea of the correct Hipshot D-tuner for this bass? They are reverse tuners.

So I've recently bought a really early Larry Graham Moon bass which I absolutely love.
Does anyone know which is the correct Hipshot D-tuner to fit these basses?
I'd be extremely interested to find out what other people on here think about these wonderful basses?- 1

I would also like one if possible please?

Absolutely amazing basses these..incidentally I'm still looking for a D-tuner for one of these!

So yeah..I bought Michael's P bass around four years ago but as mentioned he didn't let it go without having second thoughts & that kinda stuck with me. I guess I never really bonded with Michael's P bass probably because it still felt like it didn't belong to me (if you all see what I mean).
When I read his items wanted on here for an early 70's P bass I just had to reply.
I'm a big believer of the saying what goes around comes around & this just about sums up Basschat & our fantastic community we have here.Michael it's great that you have your beloved P bass back. I'm so happy for you. It's the least I could do.
Cheers Norm- 24

These are fantastic basses. Best 70's lightweight Jazz bass on the market. I have a Atelier Z M245 which I love. Incidentally I'm looking for a D-tuner for mine.

Really shocked & saddened to hear of Martin's passing. A true gent with a remarkable sense of humour. RIP MB1 😢

I had the pleasure of seeing him twice in the 70's with the Crusaders. Absolutely amazing player. Truly inspirational!

I met Sean today & bought his Vanderkly LNT210 cab which he'd very kindly put on hold for me for a couple of weeks. Top guy to deal with as many of you already know.

The seller really doesn't want to be bothered with packing & dealing with a courier.
