  1. Wow, great looking bass! Good luck with the sale.
  2. Meditation Cushion and Mat by Blue Banyan. Used and in good condition. Colour is dark blue. Descriptions taken from the Blue Banyan website. Meditation Cushion: A zafu is the meditation cushion customarily used in the Japanese Zen Buddhist tradition. Our Buckwheat Zafus [meditation cushion] are made by us to our design from 100% strong cotton drill. They are filled with Organic Buckwheat Hulls (an agricultural by-product). Our zafu design features a hidden pleat to allow the user to make adjustments to the firmness of the cushion by removing or adding some of the filling. The zafu can be easily cleaned and maintained in its pristine condition by occasionally brushing it down using a stiff brush dipped in lukewarm water. Meditation Mat: Our Flat Mats (termed zabutons in the Japanese Zen tradition) are made by us here in the United Kingdom to our own design. The mat is filled with Recylced Foam filling, lined and covered with strong 100% cotton drill fabric. Our Flat Mat is designed and made to keep its shape and to produce the correct balance of comfort and support, cushioning your knees and ankles. It is finished to a high standard with rounded corners. £39 £9 postage or collect. Any questions please do ask

  4. Yes, I agree, left hand position. Also whole body position has an impact. The left hand should be a relaxed 'C' shape. Straight wrist. Use the shoulder muscles to pull the arm back, which in turn pulls the hand and fingers to make good contact with the string. Only use the pressure you need to play a clean note - most people use too much. Also well set up bass. As mentioned by others Alexander Technique can help and anything that makes you more aware of your body and how you are using it.
  5. Reduced to £99 for a quick sale. Collection Only. Thank you for looking, any questions do ask. Please note that this is for sale elsewhere so might be withdrawn at any time.
