Can anyone recommend a good reliable company that can ship basses, guitars etc. I'm trying to post a bass I have sold and either can't get insurance (no hard case) or the parcel size is too long. Any advice?

This bass is in excellent condition, no scratches or dents, it's never been out of the house. Very nice to play and sounds great. I am selling on some of my basses and this is one of them. (I also have a Peavey Foundation for sale on BC with others to follow). It is made from mahogany, has a rosewood fret board and is 34" scale length. There is no case or gig bag offered. Pick up from Stevenage. Buyer is welcome to arrange their own carrier. Uk only sale. No trades.

Peavey Foundation for sale. All original, well set up and plays well. As you will see from the pics, the condition is a bit used and there are some chips and dings. I have been using this as a back up bass and for band rehearsals. I believe it to be from around 1995. Sale includes a carry bag which has seen better days but does the job. Collection from Stevenage. Buyer is welcome to arrange their own carrier. No trades.

Peavey T40, '79 body and electronics, '81 neck. There are a few knocks and dings but for over 40 years old, the condition is very good. Electrics work as they should. The switches are non standard and there is pitting on the bridge saddles. Plays and sounds great and the original case is also in very good condition. Would prefer local try out and pick up but will post if preferred. Price includes postage or delivery No trades

I bought a Peavey T40 from Davie and I could not be more pleased with it. Coms very good and the bass arrived well packed. A painless transaction and I am very happy to recommend

I sold an MM hard case to Peter and the transaction went very smoothly, couldn't have been better. Do not hesitate when dealing with this guy, highly recommended 😊.

Finished in black, non export model. MIJ in 2008 and in very good condition, owned by me from new. Non original bridge pick up, Entwistle JBX - J fitted. I have a Hiscox hard case for sale for £25. Located in Stevenage Herts. No trades. I would prefer collection from Stevenage but could post at extra cost and risk to the buyer.
