    How can you safeguard against scams on Fb Marketplace?
    There's a bass for sale on there I really would like, but I don't know how to safeguard against getting scammed. 😟

      I always pay the goods and services fees to protect when buying stuff on Market Place - the seller doesn't even have to know/realise if you add it to the amount you're paying and it's a worth the piece of mind.

    My stepson has just tested positive, 8 days before he was due to leave for his fortnight's holiday in the Maldives. They've been looking forward to it for literally years. Gutted is an understatement.

    Shipping to Europe - had a nightmare with DPD January - collected from me then returned TO ME a week later. No explanation or credit from DPD. SO - anyone shipping basses into Europe at the mo' - successfully I mean. Me and @Maleco would like some help.

      I've had a GoPro return to The Netherlands complete with Export Invoice attached as per instructions bouncing between two UPS depots (Tamworth and Stanford Le Hope) for 3 weeks!  It waits in SLH for a week, then gets updated to Requires Export Invoice, sent back to Tamworth for a a day, back to SLH for a week and so it goes on! It's a complete shambles!

    Yesterday was the first day of my holiday. A whole week in Cumbria. Or at least, that's what I thought it'd be when I set off. :(

    FFS.

      It can still be - there are no instructions to return home, just be aware that attractions (few given the season?), restaurants, pubs/bars etc will be closed.  If you've rented a little retreat away from everything then that should still be good?

      Ah - just read the guidelines and not returning only affects overseas holidays...bummer!
