  1. Now only £1,400           Owing to Old age ( Rapidly approaching 78 years young ) and lack of gigs I have decided to part with my beautiful and lightweight Nash Mustang.

Hope you don't mind me using your Photos Dan as I am pretty useless at photography!

Would much prefer collection from me so you can try this beauty out for yourself or could possibly meet up if you are not too far away. Fairly close to A1 and M62

Possible trade / Px for a Short Scale bass or a Ricky 4003

A stunning take of the classic 60s Mustang bass, meticulously aged and built in the USA. Lightly aged.

I am pretty sure I owned this briefly a few years ago.

Swapped it for a Boogie walkabout combo I think

Yes that's correct -- We did an exchange several years ago and this has been my Main Bass since then - Very lightweight and well balanced plus awesome tone range.

Only selling because I am more comfortable in my old age ( 77 next birthday ) with short scale.

It may be worth a mention.....The passive subs can be used direct off the PA amp, they have a built in cross over so no outboard crossover required, unlike some sub speakers. I've used my EV 121 for years (along with EV 200 tops) and they really add a subtle low end to the PA.

Highly recommended to use with any speakers.

I used to have the SB120  and they didn't have  have the crossover  -- The later SB121 does. Great compact subs though and good as a Bass cab for practice / Rehearsal

  8. If it is the Van Damme Classic instrument cable, the problem I have found is that the centre core has 2 shield coverings -- The inner one white with a black one  over it. If the black one is not trimmed back over the white by a few mm it alters the conductivity and you loose tone.IMG_0513.thumb.jpeg.40c641644eb10b04e0edd9d681857c25.jpeg

Hope the photo helps to show how it should be stripped back.

    Will.

Yes it's a bit Heath Robinson and difficult to adjust effectively, and it needs a big hole of precise depth for the spring plunger thingy. Would have preferred the Bassmute, but hard to get. Well done on finding one, got to love the BC wanteds.

Ped's is more Will Robinson   😉                  Happy N.G.D Ped -- Glad I could help
