    I had a similar problem on a Jazz bass a few years ago ----Found out after a lot of messing that one of the machine heads had a very slightly loose rivet at the finger key on the shaft -- Soon fixed with a couple of gentle taps with hammers! ( or you could use a drop of superglue! )

    Lovely basses -- I had one a while ago, but I think they are short scale and use Medium scale strings because of the long bridge!

    I use aluminium ducting tape as used by heating and air con engineers cut to required width - makes a really solid fit!

      Good price for that head...I have an earlier model with the 12 band graphic...a monster.

      Have you thought about two 2x10 x cabs - more versatile combinations and less weight.

    Ok -- Don't really want to sell this beauty but Old age and lack of gigs means that it has to go! Bought from Chris ( Beedster ) earlier this year and still in same lovely condition as only Bedroom use and a couple of rehearsals since. ( I hope you don't mind me using your photos Chris as I am hopeless at photography ) Would very much like collection on this so that you can try it out and hear how amazing it sounds! I have a very well padded Wheeled case that you can have with the amp too! So its collection from me in Leeds East -- Very close to Motorways and A1 -- £400

    Genuine Gibson Humbucker Pickup I removed from my early 60's ( Nickel plated ) Gibson EB2 back in the early 80's when I replaced it with a DiMarzio Model one! I believe it will fit other Gibson's and Rivoli's too Measures 30k on my meter and still works fine! Has original long screened cable fitted ( 14" long ) and trim ring I don't have the screws for it but should be fairly easy to source! Collect from me in Leeds or can post at cost ( insured )

    Not sure what you mean! I think phantom power is only for condenser microphones. It does come with its own power supply!

    My lovely Chrome finish Ashdown ABM 500 head -Perfect fit in a quality SKB Shallow Rack Case.     Up for sale is my lovely Fender USA Traditional Jazz Bass Its in Olympic White faded to a lovely Cream colour in very good condition with no major dings or damage -- Hardly a scratch on it! Fitted with Fender Vintage style threaded bridge and a set of Rotosound Tru-Bass black nylon strings. -Also comes with a Hard case! Plays and sounds great -- Any trial more than welcome! Sorry about the Photo's -- Taken just now in my room so I will try and get some better pics in daylight. Possible trade for a USA P-Bass especially a LIGHTWEIGHT vintage ( 70's one ) or a quality Short Scale ( Obviously can add cash for right one!
