Hello everyone! New here and just wanted to get a feel for the room. I'm a bassist from Ontario Canada. I went to school for music, but love developed for bass when I was a teenager. I love what I can create from the instrument and how it interacts with the band and crowd. I work a freelance bassist and I'm currently working with two artists. First band is called [url="http://www.theshroudofgaia.com"]The Shroud of Gaia[/url] a progressive band from Canada, and (I know, complete opposite end of the music spectrum) a GMA artist named [url="http://www.danamariemusic.com"]Dana Marie[/url] and I'm enjoying every minute of it. I'm proudly endorsed by Schecter Guitars [url="http://www.schecterguitars.com/International/Artist/206/Kenny-Butcher.aspx"]http://www.schecterguitars.com/International/Artist/206/Kenny-Butcher.aspx[/url] I play through a GK fusion 550 head with a 410cab. I have a series of pedals and what not, but I prefer to run clean to preserve my dynamics. Anyway, happy to here and I hope to enjoy some of the chats on here. K
