1. Hi, I wanted to know about the output too and have just got thiss email back from TC. Thank you for contacting TC Electronic Support. BG250 does not have any external speaker connection. The included speaker is 4 Ohm, so you get the whole power through it. I hope this information has been helpful. If you should have any additional questions, please feel free to update this incident and I will be happy to assist you further. Best regards, Nicolas Product Specialist TC Electronic Support It does have a balanced DI though so it could go through a PA. I'm having one

3. Hi, I've finally managed to get the G3 up and running, it sounds great and I'm very pleased with it. However on the open strings it rattles and I can't get rid of it. The bass was left in a cupboard for months, maybe years, with a broken nut and the strings off, the neck seems ok and I've tighten everything up to without success. The rattle doesn't seem to come through when played at reasonable volumes but I think at high volume it would show through. Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
4. cheers BigRedX for that, I'll be off to capacitors R us later to pick one up. Thanks for the wiring diagram too.
5. Hi, I'm totally new to this forum/thread thingy so if this is somewhere its not supposed to be then apologies. I have a 1975 Gibson G3 Bass with the three pickups and the three way selector, its in need of repair and although I'm no expert, the wiring looks pretty simple and with the help of fotos I've seen on the net I'm sure I can bring her back to life. My only problem is that there is an electronic component that bridges between the volume and tone controls. I know its either a resistor or a capacitor, just don't know which one. can anyone shed light on this for me. many thanks in anticipation. http://www.flyguitar.../G3wiring_3.jpg I have no idea how to get the hamsters that make the internet work light up the link I've put on here so you'll have to copy and paste. (yes the internet's made to work by hamsters cos they've nothing better to do, go on and give me a more plausible explanation, you can't can you) GT Maddison
