New addition to the stable

Still hoping that they retool to produce a 22 fret stingray neck that can work for the stingray “ specials” and sterling models

I’m back in the club, representing Status over here in the the States

I just took delivery of the new short scale headless from Bootlegger guitars 

it’s a fun little bass to play and sounds good!

I just took delivery of my new five string. 
I just introduced it to its sibling. 

for those who may be interested, here’s what a mint green U5 looks like after switching the hardware to all black.

The Latest combination.

changes may be made….. but what to give up and what to replace ? Daunting.  

My Sire U5 arrived from the UK and it’s a cracking little number . (I think that’s how you brits say it..)

I’m eagerly anticipating the arrival of my Sire U5 this week. They are about of stock everywhere in the USA but Andertons had stock, so I ordered one from the UK.

I found a little clear sticker inside my bass documents, supposedly for placing around the MM pickup to protect the wood from thumb wear.

has anyone actually applied this to their Sandberg ?

After chasing tone after tone I settled on a Boss BB-1X bass driver.

im generally happy. Sounds and tastes vary,  but all things considered, it’s a pretty impressive pedal

I’m very fortunate to have maintained a reasonably robust gigging schedule during the year of the virus.

I live in a part of the US that has remained more open than many other places. 
ive managed over 100 gigs over the past year, even with two months completely locked down.

they were not high profile. Touring is still pretty much shut down, but I managed to take many small nightclub and restaurant gigs which kept a roof over my head.

After recently taking delivery of my new TM-4SL and playing a few gigs...
