  1. Highly recommend. Wouldn’t have sold this myself if I didn’t desperately need the money, it’s stinky poo hot! Would just buy it back were cash flow not an issue lol
  2. I believe that they’re Seymour Duncan own design. Will be something that we were making in the 90’s because that’s when these basses we’re marketed, if that tells you anything. I’m honestly not 100% sure but the bass itself sounds excellent and is incredibly solid; the tubers are super smooth, all the hardware feels like it was made to last, etc. I’m only selling a lot of stuff because it’s sitting around unused and it would be better if other people could benefit from it’s use. This was the one thing I was hesitant to do so about but in the end, I play guitar more these days and would rather be boring and pay off my credit card lol.
  3. Pedaltrain Metro 24, Pedal Board (with flight case) You can find some more details on their official page here: https://pedaltrain.com/collections/pedal-boards/products/pt-m24-hc There's not a ton to say about this and if you're looking at this post, you probably already know what this is and what it does. Used condition, I bought this new ages ago and it has been the only pedal board I have owned since then (hence the superficial wear and tear). I've never had any problems with it and it is built like a tank. Doesn't come with it's original packaging and I don't have the key to lock the case itself anymore but you could probably find one online, have one made my a locksmith or just pick the lock yourself as it's only a very simple lock anyway and it's really going to keep anyone from stealing the whole case lol. Still has Velcro affixed to it and all the cable tidies on the bottom of the board for tidying up your cables with some cable ties. Collection from RH13 or contact me for a shipping quote as I’ll need to pack it carefully. Courier preferred. Insurance at buyer’s cost.
  4. Voodoo Labs ISO 5 Pedal Power Made in California by Voodoo Labs. You can find some more details on their official page here: http://www.voodoolab.com/pedalpower_iso-5.htm There's not a ton to say about this and if you're looking at this post, you probably already know what this is and what it does. Good, working condition. I bought this new ages ago and it has been on all of my pedal boards since (hence the superficial wear and tear). I've never had any problems with it and it is built like a tank. Doesn't come with it's original packaging but does have the instruction manual and all the associated leads that came with it new. Collection from RH13 or contact me for a shipping quote as I’ll need to pack it carefully. Courier preferred. Insurance at buyer’s cost.
  5. Korg Pitchblack Custom Pedal Tuner You can find some more details on their official page here: https://www.korg.com/uk/products/tuners/pitchblack_custom/ There's not a ton to say about this and if you're looking at this post, you probably already know what this is and what it does. Like-new condition, I have babied all of my pedals to the best of my ability and whilst they have all been used live and in the studio, I have only ever gently clicked the footswitch. I would usually play in just my socks live (weird, I know), because the band would move around a lot and I would lose balance with shoes on. So If I were to press the footswitch hard, would actually hurt my foot lol. Doesn't come with it's original packaging. However, the battery inside is brand new and it can be wired up to your existing pedal board power supply if you'd prefer (and if you are using one). Collection from RH13 or contact me for a shipping quote as I’ll need to pack it carefully. Courier preferred. Insurance at buyer’s cost.
  6. Darkglass Super Symmetry Bass Compressor Pedal Made In Finland by Darkglass Electronics. You can find some more details on their official page here: https://www.darkglass.com/creations/super-symmetry/ There's not a ton to say about this and if you're looking at this post, you probably already know what this is and what it does. These are now discontinued, whilst being arguably better and more versatile then their more recent Hyper Luminal compressor model. Comes in it's original box, with all of the original packaging as though you were buying it new (including the clear plastic bag that the pedal is housed in upon purchase). Collection from RH13 or contact me for a shipping quote as I’ll need to pack it carefully. Courier preferred. Insurance at buyer’s cost.
  7. Darkglass B7K Ultra Limited Edition (Kraken) Bass Distortion Pedal Made In Finland by Darkglass Electronics. You can find some more details on their official page here: https://www.darkglass.com/creations/microtubes-b7k-ultra-limited-edition/ There's not a ton to say about this and if you're looking at this post, you probably already know what this is and what it does. Only 999 of this model were ever produced and I've yet to see another one in person. This one is #189/ 999. Like-new condition, I have babied all of my pedals to the best of my ability and whilst they have all been used live and in the studio, I have only ever gently clicked the footswitch. I would usually play in just my socks live (weird, I know), because the band would move around a lot and I would lose balance with shoes on. 8. Darkglass Alpha Omega Bass Distortion Pedal Made In Finland by Darkglass Electronics. You can find some more details on their official page here: https://www.darkglass.com/creations/alpha-omega/ There's not a ton to say about this and if you're looking at this post, you probably already know what this is and what it does. NOTE: The footswitch itself seems to have had something come somewhat loose inside (there's no rattling or anything like that, I have just never opened it up to find out what the actual situation is). I reached out to Darkglass themselves and they said it's a quick and easy fix at pretty much any licenced dealer but because of all the Covid lockdowns, I never made it a priority to go and get it sorted because it rarely caused me any issues. There were a few times when playing live that it wouldn't always switch off/ on every time that I wanted it too. I have knocked some money off of what I originally wanted to ask for this to offset the hassle for yourself.
  9. Mayones BE4 Exotic 4 string, very early model. Handcrafted In Poland by Mayones in the late 90s I believe. I reached out to Mayones themselves with the serial number on the rear of the headstock and was told that it was a very early model. This bass is pretty lightweight and looks great. The build quality and crafting are amazing and it is in excellent condition. It features what I believe to be a mahogany/maple neck, topped with a very dark (almost ebony-like) rosewood fretboard, over amazakoe (ovangkol) body in natural waxed finish. I believe one of the craft woods in Bubinga but I cannot be certain in afraid. It has a few superficial marks in the usual places (bolt on joint, rear strap pin) as I have tried to demonstrate in the attached pics . Other than that it’s pretty spotless. The body is just exposed wood grain and the neck feels beautiful in the hand, thin but comfortable and plays very fast if that is your thing. Bridge is nice and tight and the fretboard is spotless. There are a couple of very small dings in the back on the neck about halfway down, but due to the open woodgrain on the neck, they aren't very noticeable and take away nothing from the instrument itself. Very minor wear to the frets. Headstock very good. Machine heads all clean and functioning perfectly. Very high spec hardware all round. The bass features MEC pickups, with a tone pretty close to a Warwick but a little more versatile and a 2-band preamp. The sound is tight and punchy, everything you would expect from dense exotic woods. Neck is nice and straight with truss rod working as it should, action is set low. Passive pickups and has a push/ pull volume knob to turn on the on-board active electronics. Comes with a nicely padded TGI soft case in very good condition. All in all this is an amazing bass at a great price. Collection from RH13 or contact me for a shipping quote as I’ll need to pack it carefully. Courier preferred. Insurance at buyer’s cost.
  10. Seymour Duncan Jazz Bass Traditional 4 string. Made In Japan by ESP in the late 90s I believe. This is a super rare bass, not usually sold outside Japan from what I've been able to discover and I’ve never seen another one in the UK, so it’s probably one of the few in the country. You can find some more details here: http://www.guitarsjapan.com/ESPinfopage.html https://www.talkbass.com/threads/seymour-duncan-traditional-jazz-bass.1171173/ This is a heavy bass at 12.4 lbs (based on my home bathroom scales) and looks great. The build quality is amazing and the best I have ever experienced on a jazz bass, Fender or otherwise. I'm including a couple of links to this bass as it sits in a mix with my band. Both of these recordings are just DI recordings (no cab sims or anything else, direct into my recording interface). The full-band mix has some compression and EQ added, the raw DI track was just recorded with all the dials turned all the way "on", going through a Darkglass Super Symmetry compressor: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wwh2iuKIUV6y9AZUBMs-Frl8pangm1ge/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/16stz5S5kaUose-3AXTnqJ4XLH5TkqbfA/view?usp=sharing Very good condition, the usual dents on the end of the body where the strap attaches (see pics). Other than that it’s pretty spotless. Body lacquer has a nice thick feel and the instrument has a top quality finish. Bridge is nice and tight, fretboard spotless. One very tiny ding on the side of the fretboard about half way down but doesn’t affect playing at all. Very minor wear to the frets. Headstock very good. Machine heads all clean and functioning perfectly. Very high spec hardware all round. Hand-wound Seymour Duncan pickups with amazing tone, sounds like an US fender from the nineties. Nice and open, lovely mids, does bite when you play it hard. Passive pickups. Comes with a nicely padded Ritter soft case in very good condition. Also includes a wide leather strap. All in all this is an amazing bass at a great price. Collection from RH13 or contact me for a shipping quote as I’ll need to pack it carefully. Courier preferred. Insurance at buyer’s cost.
  11. Ahaha damn, just my luck! 😂 Yeah, I’ve heard from Chapman themselves that they were having issues with the consistency of the manufacturing of these so they’ve pulled all their basses until at least the summer this year. Have considered asking Dave (Hollingworth, I know the guy) if he has another for sale but your comments have made me really reconsider as those are some of the same concerns I myself had guessed about the bass. Guess I’ll stick to my Mayones BE4 for now and thanks for replying to a dinosaur thread!
  12. If you ever want to sell this, let me know. Been trying to track one done since they were first announced, to no avail 😔
