That used to be mine. Got it in April 21 and sold it via BB this August. Home use only (at least when I owned it). I only sold it as I had some unexpected bills (roof and gutter repairs) and an expensive new remortgage deal.
It's a 2021 Spector Forte in gloss black. It is one of the last Fortes before Spector stopped making them (of course they can be ordered now but as NS2s for much more money). It is also one of the very few ones they made in a gloss finish.
£2000 is a great price. BB sold it for £2650.
If my 74 Fender P sells, I may be tempted to buy it back myself!
I thought it might have been yours. There's a big gear rehash coming here so if I can get the reddies you never know...

The audio interface side of it will be latency free
To quote Rage Against the Machine "whoever told you that is your enemy". It absolutely will NOT be latency free, having tried the same interface on 4 different machines. It may, however, be better than the MIDI side..

Latency is a curse and one you're unlikely to defeat with the Sonuus as an audio interface I'm afraid. Tried that myself (For the uninitiated in the thread the Sonuus can act as a straight-up audio interface as well as an audio to midi converter).
Only audio interface/recording setup where it doesn't bother me is my Focusrite Clarett which uses thunderbolt 2 to my imac or macbook air. I can't feel any latency at all with it. I say feel because I find latency a feel thing rather than an audible phenomenon, especially if you play with your fingers. With a pick it isn't as detectable.

Bearfoot bass overdrive or one of the many variants of it... Maybe the One Control Blackberry, which is probably the most available, or the Fuzzrocious Dark Driving.
I built my own from a kit and loved it... then modded it so extensively that it lost the magic. Need to go back to that one again as it was a very nice pedal...

Might want to put your pics back up!

I go through similar periods of indecisive GAS...
Having owned a fan fret Dingwall AB1 5 string (and an ABZ 4 string) they don't hold the same appeal as they once did. I own a better sounding standard scale 5 string now.
I've recently been playing my "son's" Mustang bass a lot. Feels great, weighs next to nothing... it's got me thinking about a quality, dual-pickup short scale like a Spector Bantam or a Sandberg Lionel VT, although they're like hen's teeth!

What brand is the pedalboard? Looks like the perfect size for the project I have in mind
Looks like a Mono I think...

Haven't yet, just ordered PCB, faceplate and pre-drilled enclosure. Gonna be cheaper than any decent tube pre you'd buy used either way! Transformer will be the pricey and variable bit!
That was quick. Enclosure, PCB and faceplate arrived today!

Wouldn’t be a cheap build but… looks fun

Ordered the lightning boy transformer. Should have a lot of the passives in my stash with any luck!

Different preamp, but if it's what he uses, why design something new if that's what he's settled on for himself? Out there is all very well but Ibanez are in the business of selling instruments, if it's too out there how many will they sell other than to hardcore SD fans. Needs to work for players as well as SD fans.

A long watch but a great demonstration of what this pedal can do:

I am indeed seriously interested in the new Venture series amps. I have never actually played through an Ampeg, but I have gigged with players using them, and always loved their sound when in the audience.
The V3 seems to be readily available to buy, but the V7 is pre-order only. Would the V3 be enough? hmmm
Personally I'd hold out for the v7. Better looking at too much power than not enough, and I've had gigs with cab combinations where 300 was not enough, but my gigs (metal) wouldn't be the same as yours, so take that with a pinch of salt!!!

The new AMpeg Venture series would probably fit the bill here. B15 and SVT modes would cover all the thump and warmth territory I would imagine...

Mint and boxed Darkglass AO900 for sale. Great bit of kit but I'm not gigging so can't have this kind of money sitting around doing nothing! Bought when it looked like things were happening with my last band but COVID killed that off without a trace... Have 3 lead-sled amps in the garage should another gig present itself!
Only used a handful of times from new, supplied footswitch never touched by me until taking pics!

Mint and boxed Zvex Basstortion for sale. Interesting pedal this. Zvex call it their take on an SVT. While I'm not sure about that, it's certainly a nice way to add dynamic grit to your sound, although to me it REALLY excels as a tone sweetener/presence boost. It's based around the SHO, in turn based on 60s recording console technology.
Brilliant sounding pedal, but not getting used as I'm not gigging and play directly into my interface at home.

Darkglass Vintage Ultra v2 for sale. Boxed in excellent condition bar a slight mark above right-hand footswitch. This is the version with headphone out and aux-in ports, cab sims can be loaded via supplied USB cable.
Great sounding pedal but not getting used as I'm not gigging and play direct to my interface at home.

Mint and boxed Darkglass Alpha Omega Photon for sale. Brilliant bit of kit, but it's just not getting much use as I'm not gigging and play straight into my interface at home.
Check out reviews on YouTube for more info as this pedal does more than I could explain here, but compression, drive/distortion, cab sim, bluetooth streaming and control, headphone output, USB audio interface in one.

I've been watching the Arkham stuff with interest for a few years and this looks great. Current requirement is a little higher than I would expect but still nice size and feature set.

Yeah I think cash on collection would be the only way to go with this one. Both cash and collection being issues since I'm potless AND in Northern Ireland!!!
