    Just picked up a beautiful ESP from Tyler today, couldn't have gone any better, PM'd on Friday, collected Sunday morning, a great guy to deal with, smooth and speedy, just as I like it! Thanks Tyler

Also gotta love the fact that it's got a 35 inch neck, think they were originally shipped from ESP with 130 gauge bottom strings and B E A D tuning, so more than perfect for drop C without being too slack.

    Mmmmm five string fretless, I've often thought of going down that avenue at some point thanks to that man, and with Harley Bentons being thrown out so dirt cheap, theres nothing really stopping me, where did I put that credit card! Langlois plays for Canadian Death Metallers Cryptopsy the only spider player I've had the honour of seeing play up close and personal, he's one of those guys that you just stand there looking on in awe and jealousy. Bands that I'm into, or that influence me in one way or another would have to be the likes of Death, Testament, Cannibal Corpse, Cryptopsy, Vile, Carcass, Deicide, Vital Remains, Meshuggah, Necrophagist, Nile (the list could go on and on). I likes my music I do.

    Registered a few weeks ago but never got around to posting, I've been lurking around this site, and its previous incarnation for a couple of years now, about time I started posting! I've been playing for about 10 years now (not that you'd know it to listen to me!) Nowadays I almost exclusively play Death Metal, although in the past I have been known to experiment with a bit of funk and disco. On the gear front, I mainly use a Warwick Vampyre 5 SN bass that I picked up for pennies from PMT in Birmingham a couple of years ago, running that through an Aphex Bass Exciter into whatever I can lay my hands on, my own backline has been cut down to a Hartke HA3000 running into a Peavey 4x10 (whole rig due an upgrade when I have the money) I've also been known to muck around with an EBS Multidrive, Boss Overdrive, Boss MT2 and Marshall GT2 distortion pedals when looking for unique sounds! Hope to get to know you guys better as I carry on my quest to get better than DiGiorgio and Langlois put together!
