Did anyone see Norman Watt-Roy's old 60s Jazz bass on ebay with the big fag burn on the headstock, think it was up for about 8 grand and i dont think it sold.

Spinal tap pick ups.. Ha ha excellent, i did wonder what they were on about saying cheaper than a jazz a p and a stingray??

Just got my copy, seems to be going downhill, not even the classified page this month.

I was also at minehead, the queue for 'from the jam' was about 50 yards so went and watched the damned .. Fantastic . Followed by Eddie and the hotrods.. Fantastic.... Bass Maestro of the weekend= Norman Watt-Roy playing with Wilko Johnson.

Yup.. I noticed it on my stingray so i boiled it up in a saucepan and the zing was back, dunno how long for tho

I understand now thanks doctor J. I was also a bit dubious that ive never seen a lefty in the uk or anywhere else for that matter, Was wondering if they actually even made a lefty and he took the photos in a mirror.. But the japs are not like that.

Blimey that was quick, Ive read on his ebay feedback that a few people have had to pay an extra £190.00 that they weren't expecting and thats after the £90.00 shipping. Cheers

Anyone had any experience buying guitars from Japan? Im after a lefty fender aerodyne J bass and the only place ive seen one is ebay and its in Japan, i can't find one in the uk anywhere.. Any help appreciated thanks
