1. Great bass, just not getting enough use by me now. This is a limited edition German made Warwick Corvette $$, number 10 of 17. Made in 2008, the back of the neck matches the body unlike many others I've seen. Ovangkol body. Ovangkol matched headstock and neck Black hardware. Collection preferred from Witney, Oxfordshire. Courier can be arranged at buyers expense. Thanks for looking!
2. Thanks Bill but its definitely not easy to replace either way, I'm going to have to take the whole thing apart as everything is soldered on the circuit board, no clips or connectors so speakers out wiring out and then I'll post some pics as well as let you all know what fuse/bulb it is 🤣
3. Hi, The tweeter/compression driver/horn (whatever you want to call it 😀) has stopped working on one of my HX410's. Driver is fine, checked fuse on circuit board and can see its blown. Hartke in all their wisdom have covered it with gunk and I can't see what its rating is.....anyone know?
4. I've updated the info above with weight (nowhere near a boat anchor lol 4.25kg/ 9.3lbs) and string spacing is standard 18mm when I was in the factory with Rob, we talked about 16.5mm but as that's really more a 4 string thing, I felt a little more spacing would help with slappin' da bass and it does.
5. Status S2 Class, Thru-neck, 5 String, Headless, Bass Guitar 32” Scale Woven Carbon Graphite Fretted Neck with Bendwell Black Phenolic Fingerboard Standard 18mm String Spacing Figured maple facing Walnut back and centre tone block High Gloss Polyester Finish 2 x TRIMAX Coil Switching Pickups Front LEDs - 18V TriColour (Red, Green, Blue) with white side LEDs 18V Paramatrix EQ Weight 4.25kg / 9.30lbs Amazing bass, cost £5K, still costs £5K today along with a 20+ week lead-time if ordered now. Bass is in amazing condition, only out of its case a hand full of times. The only reasons for sale are that I'm really a 4 string bass player and this bass doesn't get played enough by me to justify keeping it....needs to go to a good home! I've included some pictures of it against my bass rigs to show you what it might look like next to yours. £4500 includes insured next day delivery within the UK and I’m open to sensible offers, you know these basses are the shizzle! Also not looking to trade sorry as proceeds are going towards finishing my rehearsal rooms / recording studio in Witney, Oxfordshire.
6. Almost a year later only the left channel is working now....sometimes the right channel comes on but as soon as a signal goes through you can hear the relay click and its gone. Anybody got any ideas? or know of a decent place to send it to be fixed? I've used Korg UK the last two times for repairs but both my kilos are out of warranty now so I can go anywhere
7. Hi All, Thanks for all the advice, I took the lid off today and gave everything a wiggle (so to speak), made sure the valves were seated and it appears to have cured it (tough wood). I tested it throughout the day turning it on and off, leaving it on for an hour or so etc etc and so far so good. I am though interested in maybe changing the valves as Dood suggested, I don't use the overdrive that much on the amp cause I think it's pretty poor so maybe some new valves might beef that up. Thanks!
8. Hi, My Hartke Kilo appears to have a bit of a problem which I'm struggling to figure out. Sometimes it starts up fine and works as normal, other times it starts up, you hear the clicks inside usually meaning you're ready to go but then the input stage stops working. I can plug in the EFX return and hear my bass, back to the front input. Turn it off, thud! so that's the output stage working OK! leave it a random amount of time, turn back on...nothing, repeat, all starts working and then works for hours and hours...next day, it all starts happening again. Any ideas? All the best, Rich
9. Oops, forgot to mention that. Witney, Oxfordshire. I'm willing to deliver for free within a 50 mile radius too! Can't praise this bass enough, the wide range of tones you can get from it are great. All the best, Rich
10. !! FREE P&P Until 3PM on Monday 17th of August, 2015 as I am out of the country from the 18th till the 31st of August, so the next time I'll be able to send the bass is the 1st of September. Up for grabs is my Ibanez Premium ATK805E 5 string bass guitar. You can't buy this in the shops in the UK so I had it imported from the USA in May, 2014 at a cost of just over £800. The only reason I'm selling is that I have recently bought a custom Status Graphite Series 2 5 String with all the gubbins, I was going to keep this Ibanez bass as a backup however if I'm honest with myself, it's never really going to get played as much as it deserves so it's a reluctant sale but I'd rather see it go to a good home with the knowledge that it's being used for what it was made for. This is a really powerful bass and has the most amazing range of tones due to its double humbucker pickup at the bridge, single pickup towards the neck, active 3 band EQ plus 3 way coil tap (pickup character) switch so it can be used for absolutely every music genre and style of playing. One thing that catches everyone's eye is the mahoosive bridge that gives the bass a super long sustain, not to mention a unique look. The string spacing is 18mm which I found quite agreeable and easy to play. The body is made from Ash with a walnut flat finish and wooden pickguard, not that you have a choice in colours as that's the only finish Ibanez offer! The neck is made from 3 piece Maple and is super smooth which helps if you're travelling up and down the neck a lot. It has 22 frets which have had Ibanez's premium fret edge treatment too so there's no sharpish edges at all, as I said super smooth neck! Plus it stays in tune very well which is most likely down to being fitted with quality Hipshot machineheads. Condition wise I would say it's near new, there are no major dings in the body or neck. I've given the guitar a complete strip down and clean and could only find three slight marks on it that you'd really have to be up close and personal to see. One is a scratch from the bridge saddles on the bridge (visible in pic 9 and I think it could be polished out), a small ding in the bottom horn, about 4mm in diameter (very hard to see in pics 4 & 7) and lastly a small mark on the headstock which I'm pretty sure has been there since day one as it's in the finish (with bionic vision you may just see it in pic 11). It's recently been restrung with D'Addario EXL170 roundwound nickel plated strings (45,65,80,100,130), comes fitted with Dunlop SLS1501 Straplock system (shown in pic 12), Clearwater padded guitar strap (Straplocks fitted, pic 12). Also included in the sale is a decent quality padded gig bag to keep the bass safe and sound, all of which cost me well over a £100 too! So bassically, if you're after a working bass that can pretty much do everything you want and more, this is the bass for you!
11. Still needs a good home to go to! This is what she sounds like https://www.youtube....bed/w4oZvHlSu_s

14. No problem, I'll post some pics Sunday...should look/sound awesome...just a pity my band isn't playing at the festival....however the company I run with one of my band members are doing all the filming and broadcasting it all live via internet radio. Its the Witney Music Festival which runs over 1 week each year, it's be running for many years now but this is the 2nd year that they've managed to use the local park to have a big stage etc. If any of you want to listen, the internet radio broadcast will be live from 12 midday tomorrow (30th May), just go to www.oxbox.tv and click on the radio button. Thanks to all of you for your help....I'll try to get the guys to film more than just the Hartke Rich
15.
You have 500w per channel done to 2ohms... so that means you can run two ohms loads per side but you haven't got the cabs for that, so I'd run bridged which means both your cabs run together would be a 4 ohms load in the bridge mode and the amp will 'deliver' 1000w into 4. No point running stereo as 500 into 2 means your load will not produce much power.. so I can see that the stereo load meaning your amp is running less than 200w into your cabs..? I don't know why anyone would set it up to do this...???
In bridged mode there is only one speaker output so surely 4 x 8ohms cabs would bring the load down to 2ohms, lower than the minimum of 4ohms in bridged mode?
16. I have a Hartke Kilo that the manual states each 500W channel has a minimum load of 2ohms so..... Would I be safe to run a HX410 (8ohms) cab + HX115 (8ohms) cab on each channel, which if I've read it right makes that 4ohms load per channel. It's really for cosmetic reasons at a local festival where I'm lending my gear to be used on the main stage, luckily I have 2 Hartke Kilo rigs and thought it might look good even though I'm just using 1 Kilo Amp. All the best, Rich

Hi, I have a Trace Elliot AH1000 head (2007+ Peavey) connected to 2 TE Cabs, 1x18 and 4x10. 18. Hi All, lol @ goingdownslow It's the Peavey made one, so the later AH-1000, 2007'ish I guess. Can find our for sure next time it's in front of me. I'm pretty techy so if it's something I can take a look at myself then I'll have a go....don't mind looking for the 'power supply decoupling cap' if you can expand on that a bit, I'm guessing it's near the flux capacitor? Cheers, Rich
19. Hi, I have a Trace Elliot AH1000 amp head connect to 2 TE Cabs, 1x18 and 4x10. When I turn on the amp, the left channel is clean as a bell and sounds great, the right channel sounds like a car engine revving with or without an instrument plugged in. Swapping round the speakers simply changes which cab the noise comes from so it's not the cables or the cabs. Anyone got any ideas what it could be? It obviously needs repairing, so any suggestion on where to get it fixed in the Oxfordshire area would be appreciated too! All the best, Rich
