Hi, First of all sorry if this is in the wrong section or not allowed but I purchased this bass a while back purely on the basis that it looked interesting! However I can't seem to find any information on it at all which makes me believe its a one off custom build by a luthier somewhere. I bring this to your attention in attempts to find out ANYTHING at all about it. It's neck through, seems to have EMG and Dimarzio? pickups, Schaller tuners and possibly an ebony fretboard. Also many knobs and switches to fiddle with. Name on the headstock is Springett Electro Magnum, sounds cool af right!? Price Drop Now £800 [color=#000000]Here is my absolutely stunning Ernie Ball MusicMan Stingray 5. I acquired this bass not so long ago as my first foray into 5 strings and into MusicMan's. It's safe to say that I don't like 5 strings but I absolutely love MusicMan's. [/color] [color=#000000]The bass itself was manufactured on January 3rd 2003, finished in Autumn Red Burst with Rosewood fretboard and shipped to Guitar Centre. The colour is a lovely sparkle and really does stand out and needs to be seen to be appreciated and from what I understand this is a rare finish. When I received the bass the G string had been snapped and so has been replaced. If I'm brutally honest though it does need a change of strings and a good setup, I will set it up to the best of my ability but this may not be how you like it. No case sadly.
