    hey all conklin groove tools 7 string Bartolini pickups, bartolini preamp I customised it with built in reverb and compressor 3 Concentric Pots and 2 single pots and 2 switches. This gives control of bass, treble, master gain, pickup balance, delay time, delay feedback, compressor gain, compressor threshold, delay on/off and compressor on/off. It takes two 9V batts so the back door for the batts is slightly ajar (see the pics).     As long as its nice to play and nice sounin I really dont care. I do love my brand name expensive 'tars, but when I find a cheap JapCrap that sounds and plays beautiful I cant help but smile.

    @ john the bass The angry woman was kent area. The music shop in loughborough just seem to be selling cheapo, fake or damaged stock. I'll take a gander in when im back up see if i can confirm this, but theyve certainly tried to sell me a damaged acoustic for full price. Dent and chips all over. Im not sure about the fake fender claim, but it is from a very trustworthy friend/source/ fender fan boy.

    Lol, im far too much of a peace lovin hippie to do that. I just had my silent protest. It's business lost for them, that's enough for me. I wouldnt want to degrade myself to that level, because then I have no cause for complaint if im equally unpleasant.
