4.
Thanks man t'is very nice, love the finish on the jaydee. Not a huge fan of the hofner style violin style basses but the flame top on that one makes it look pretty classy
its cherry red mate, but you can see the lovely wood grain through it , it is darker than the usual cherry jaydees that i have seen about, and about the violin bass well its a bit of a one trick pony plays beatles tunes perfectly ...and the flame looks nice ...

 23.
Allo! The Series I was the original `big' bodied bass - as David as posted, it was just over 15in wide. The Series II models were similar in body length but narrower - the top cutaway being much smaller than the Series I model, and the front pickup was moved further away from the neck in order to accomodate the `funk groove' - cut out to enable easier pulling of the strings! The Series III was actually a scaled-down Series I but again, the pickup placement was such that there was a gap between the end of the neck and the front p/up- I do have a pic somewhere of my old MK bass, a Series II and a III together - may have to email it to one of you guys for uploadage! Cheers! N (am on a theatre show all week, hence lack of postages!)
yes upload nick please marcus
 24.
I've loved almost everything Jay Kay has produced, Stuarts' stuff on the early albums is of course outstanding, but to be honest, I've liked every album since he left. Dynamite is a top album for instance. Anyone else looking forward to the Warwick Zender sig bass coming out in the next year or two?
cant wait to see that sig warwick, wonder which itll be, the white one?, the chrome one, on the triangle one??? i love the early stuff best, but i really like synkronized too, and the rest... hopefully theyll put sum new stuff out soon, and tour again
