  5. I'm looking to sell my Peavey Max 450 Head as i'm looking to get a new head. I have had it brand new from the shop for about 5 years. It has been gigged extensively but has no faults at all. There are obvious wear and tear to the body from lugging it around the country I'm looking for about £150 for the head but i am open to suggestions I'm new to the forum but this is a genuine sale so no time wasters please Pickup is preferred but i will drive a fair distance to meet if needed (for the price of petrol) cash on pickup would be ideal but we can discuss other options if necessary. Feel free to contact me at [email protected] or chuck me a PM on here. I will upload some pics soon so you can have a gander at whats on offer Here is a bit of info on it if you don't already know Throw this head on top of your cab and you'll have tone and power to spare. Delivers 450 watts at 2 ohms, 300 watts at 4 ohms, or 170 watts at 8 ohms. Hello all I recently come across this site and have literally spent hours peering through the pages, so i decided to make an account. This site seems a friendly and great place to share and discuss all things BASS! I have been playing now for 7 years and recently introduced myself into the 5 string world (picked up a Musicman sub 5 literally 7 hours ago) I also play a Fender precision bass special deluxe series My rig is a Peavey Max 450 head with a Trace elliot 1048H, and fairplay i've had the peavey probably close to 6 of those years and it has never let me down! even after years of gigging, knocks, drops and whatever else has come into contact with it! however i am looking to up my game I am currently involved in a project with some friends (www.myspace.com/mikefantasticmusic) brief into over... I'm looking to get a new scratch plate for the sub5, could anyone point me in the right direction?
