Mull of Kintyre, which, being a Forest supporter is a real problem for me, when I used to go to matches I used to dread the start of the second half when the whole ground sings "City Ground oh mist rolling in from the Trent", part of the reason I don't go anymore, at least when they're on TV I Can mute the sound.

I have two older Warwicks, a 1987 Streamer and a 2003 Thumb, so both over 20 years old. They’re solid, very high quality instruments and should last for years and years. My Streamer has some fret wear but they can probably be redressed before they have to be replaced. And I replaced the truss rod two years ago, that was a 15 minute fix. Just beware that the old one-way truss rods can be difficult to find. I got the Thumb a couple of months ago and it can’t have been played much, it feels brand new with no wear at all, just a couple of nicks in the body. I’m still looking for another Warwick, I’ve got to have a neck-through Thumb sometime

Hi folks just wondered if anyone had opinions on this amp? Would only be for recording and will sit in our studio. I’m looking for something that can do cleanish but capable of an organic sounding overdrive (no gain knob so does it have to get loud to start breaking up?). One being sold locally which I’m interested in. Just for info I was looking at the new CMT 15 and the Ampeg PFT 20. (Gone from 0 amps to potentially 3 in the last two weeks 🥺!)

Big call. How do you know the 212 isn't loaded with some higher sensitivity drivers that lay waste to your 2 112's regardless of the wattage difference? -

I picked up my MS60b for £50not so long ago purely to use as a tuner and preamp for when I take my SInsonido out of the house. I wish it could drive headphones properly. There's a simple mod you can do to make the 2nd output stereo so a basic rechargeable headphone amp would work, can't see a headphone out on the new one unfortunately.

Musically I mean... I remember when this first came out in 87.... It was played on Radio 1 and various other stations endlessly.. I just cant imagine, even how epic this record is it would be played on mainstream radio stations today. Aids, Heroin, Crack, etc etc.. I just haven't heard a record this profound played on a mainstream music station in a long long time.... Sign O The Times.? Or maybe main stream music isn't as good as this anymore.
