SALEH started following Steve Bailey FENDER, What we know about it?
-
Hi to all BASS family, I have a Steve Bailey FENDER 6 String and need to set up a new set of strings with it, but the bridge has too many screws with different sizes, I have already found a 14 peace fender set up Swiss army style tool, But I'm not sure if that set of tools would work, I've tried FENDER web-sit to find any trace of the bridge and details but it didn't work, also I couldn't find any way to contact FENDER directly, already purchased a set of Allan key online but still it didn't work, can anyone here help me??

PSA - Peach Guitars have a charcoal version at 8lbs5oz. -
Thinking about similar, I’m now teetotal (for 18 years) yet in one of my bands we have a song called Football Beer & Punk Rock, maybe I should no longer be playing it as I no longer partake in beer.

I can't think of many songs more relevant to what is currently happening in the USA and UK... -

Boss ABY switcher, I used to run two basses on a gig and this made it easy to quickly switch between them. Can be used for that purpose or to run one Input and switch between two outputs (effects loops, amps etc). I have no use for this so siting in a box. Yours for £20 posted. Open to offers. Runs on AAA batteries.

Since you asked so nicely 😂 -
I have gone over the Cork and Kerry mountains and my family name is the same as a highwayman that was allegedly the subject of the song but I've never robbed Captain Farrell or met Molly, so can I or can I not sing "Whiskey in the jar"?

New Fender Vintera II Roadworn 60's Precision
Lozz196 replied to HeadlessBassist's topic in Bass Guitars
Have to admit I’d forgotten all about the JMJs (how I don’t know) but yes as in similar price range the expectation should be these will be of similar quality. -
When I had one of these basses, I treated it to a new pickguard from Adrian Maruszczyk as I wanted a different look. The bass was moved on a few years back but it seems I held on to the original so here it is. The new one cost me £45 so I'm listing this for £30 including UK shipping. My feedback thread is below:

JMJs seem to range from £1340-£1440 new. Generally very, very well regarded, so it can't be surprising that a P version (up to a point) is in the same ballpark price wise (no custom SD pickup though). -
Here's a top quality speaker cable I no longer use. It was made by our very own @OBBM when he was running his Bassic-bits cable business. It's 105 cm end-to-end and is made from top quality components including Klotz LY240T cable, a substantial Rean jack plug and a Neutrik NL2FC Speakon plug. Price includes UK shipping. My feedback thread is below:

This is our initial list: Bruce Springsteen: Dancing in the Dark Bonnie Tyler: Holding out for a Hero Whitney Houston: I wanna dance with somebody The Police: Message in a Bottle U2: With or without you Flock of Seagulls: I ran so far away Billy Idol: Rebel yell Hall and Oates: Man Eater Glen Frey: the Heat is On Huey Lewis: the Power of Love Some songs might get swapped out for others... E.g. Dancing in the Dark may get swapped for Born to Run to get more sax involved.

Clamp to the work surface, preferably between two thin bits of wood, this should stop lifting and cracking... Jigsaw, make sure you cut in the right direction... up stroke or down stroke, and have your work piece the right way round.

Hello all, I'm want to modify a Harley Benton Beatbass to be able to make a half way house between Macca's two most famous basses, his Höfner and Rickenbacker. I'm looking for some pickup suggestions - I'd like some Rickenbacker voiced pickups that are drop in, or would require minimal modification (for example, making my own pickup rings). Any advice gratefully received 😁
