I can’t believe nobody hasn’t snapped this up at this price! It’s absurd. I’ve got one for sale myself and I’d never let it go at this price. If I had the spare cash I’d buy this! Either, folk haven’t used one of these or, everyone is being more than coy with their money. You will never really need another amp or effects, this covers it all. Absolutely baffling.

Hey all. I have a Batking fretless acoustic bass uke, thunder brown strings installed... I'm trying to introduce some relief to the neck and I'm thinking now that the trussrod has a reverse thread. Have any of you found this too? Lefty-loosey got lots of resistance after a quarter turn, but righty-tighty turns freely most of the way with resistance at the end too. Neither way loosens off completely like on a bass guitar and no difference to the relief doing any of the above. These short necks may possibly need some time to react to any new adjustments made though. But that's just a hunch as I don't know for sure. Maybe it's a duff trussrod? Thoughts? 🤔

For sale, I purchased this from the Lovely Sarah up in Huddersfield a while back here on BC. It was her Dads amp and is a testament to his love and care for it. It is in excellent condition and shifts a serious amount of air. I am always in disbelief at its 100 watt rating!? It is full, rich, and thumps with a P bass or a Thunderbird 🤗🤗 It works very well and is super clean. One of the graphic sliders seems to do very little so it think we can mark that down as needing a sort out. No other scratchy pots or issues to report. All original as far as i can tell. It has no model number on the front panel unlike any other I have seen, not sure if this is good or bad?? Construction is totally bomb proof and it carries the weight to go along with that. On casters so easily movable but lifting is a two man job. I have throughly enjoyed owning this iconic beast but space and handling mean I could do with moving it on to another lucky soul. It has a ripped dust cover but keeps it tidy. See pics for most details I think needed covering but more available on request of course. Due to the size and weight I am willing to meet up an hour or so from Liverpool to deliver, but I will look into large bulk shipping for any interested buyer. I will split this cost so not much more than an average size cab would cost to post i guess. Cheers Craig.

Messy or not, what's on your (music) work desk right now?
bass_dinger replied to kiat's topic in General Discussion
Now, with two PC monitors, a self-built rack unit (which also serves as a monitor riser), a new Behringer UMC1820 interface, and a new-to-me Behringer rack tuner. Those rack mounted units keeps the desk clear. -

I couldn’t help myself and the SSL channel strip 2 for £15 on the SSL site. it doesn’t do any fancy analogue preamp overdrive but from first impressions the EQ is really powerful and clean and the compressor is really nice. Would a stock plugin also be as functional? Probably, but this one says SSL on it.

Yamaha SLG100 Silent Guitar, steel string model in original case. Nice condition, fully working. If you're looking at this you probably know what it is, but just in cae.... Silent Guitar breaks down into a very small, convenient carry case. 9v Battery powered, has mains adaptor input too but no power supply included (or needed really, batteries last ages). Headphone output, with volume and tone controls plus 2 reverb settings. Aux input so you can play along to your fave tunes, all without disturbing the family while they watch Strictly. Perfect for hotel room practice while touring. Could be open to sensible offers. Can ship within UK only at buyers cost, (to be determined). Cost around £500 new. Thanks for looking.
