Steve Bailey FENDER, What we know about it?
Woodinblack replied to SALEH's topic in General Discussion
according to the internet, the bridge on the Steve Bailey bass VI uses a 2.5mm and 1.5mm allen key 2.5mm Allen wrench: For the main bridge locking screw. 1.5mm Allen wrench: For the individual saddle height and string spacing screws. you can get them anywhere, they don't have to be Fender items. -
I’ve seen Inca pipers in various cities across the globe selling cd’s to the tourists. I think it’s an international business.

PTB started following Glockenklang 2-band onboard pre-amp
-
Here's a quality on-board pre-amp that I have no need for. It's a Glockenklang and consists of a volume pot, with a push-pull function to select active or passive use, and a stacked bass & treble pot with a centre-detent & knobs. These are £109 new at Bass Direct so I'm asking £70 including UK shipping. My feedback thread is below:

This is a very good quality plate, made by Fatboy Guitars Ltd. in Newport England, probably about 20 years ago. I have had it in a drawer for years and never even removed the plastic film so it is in new unmarked condition. The colour is a very pale mint green to my eyes which is not captured in the photos. Price includes UK postage.

It sounds as if you need both an Imperial and a Metric set of Allen keys, as Fenders (and other basses/guitars...) could be either. Luckily, these are not expensive, and, if buying decent quality ones, will last a lifetime. Any help..?

SALEH started following Steve Bailey FENDER, What we know about it?

Hi to all BASS family, I have a Steve Bailey FENDER 6 String and need to set up a new set of strings with it, but the bridge has too many screws with different sizes, I have already found a 14 peace fender set up Swiss army style tool, But I'm not sure if that set of tools would work, I've tried FENDER web-sit to find any trace of the bridge and details but it didn't work, also I couldn't find any way to contact FENDER directly, already purchased a set of Allan key online but still it didn't work, can anyone here help me??

Thinking about similar, I’m now teetotal (for 18 years) yet in one of my bands we have a song called Football Beer & Punk Rock, maybe I should no longer be playing it as I no longer partake in beer.

Boss ABY switcher, I used to run two basses on a gig and this made it easy to quickly switch between them. Can be used for that purpose or to run one Input and switch between two outputs (effects loops, amps etc). I have no use for this so siting in a box. Yours for £20 posted. Open to offers. Runs on AAA batteries.

I have gone over the Cork and Kerry mountains and my family name is the same as a highwayman that was allegedly the subject of the song but I've never robbed Captain Farrell or met Molly, so can I or can I not sing "Whiskey in the jar"?

Have to admit I’d forgotten all about the JMJs (how I don’t know) but yes as in similar price range the expectation should be these will be of similar quality. -
When I had one of these basses, I treated it to a new pickguard from Adrian Maruszczyk as I wanted a different look. The bass was moved on a few years back but it seems I held on to the original so here it is. The new one cost me £45 so I'm listing this for £30 including UK shipping. My feedback thread is below:
