  1. Past hour
  2. Stunning!
  3. That absolutely looks the business!
  4. Supported the Bluetones in Brum on Friday and at Hangar 34 in Liverpool yesterday. Great room sound in Liverpool. Absolutely freezing loading into the house at 3am this morning but nice to be still doing gigs like this occasionally, worth savouring
  5. My Mistake - Split Enz
  6. Hope it goes better than it appears and all is well soon Greg.
  7. Now have all the packaging stuff for delivery if that’s the way you want to go.
  8. shame about the neck because it's absolutely gorgeous, sure someone could sort it out though and might be worth it for that finish
  9. Great little passive DI (MXR pedal sized) - ideal for the end of a bass pedalboard or any normal DI use. Has bright, normal and mellow settings for some tonal variety. Mellow is sometimes great to soften the top end of a drive sound. Price includes UK shipping.
  10. Hi Andy - I’ll send you a private message on here 👍
  11. I have two used Spector USA bass bridges that once belonged to NS2 basses I no longer own, I had taken these off in favour of black hardware. One is the heavy all-brass version, this has faded somewhat on the bass side. I’m not sure if this could be polished up. The other is the lighter, aluminium version, this one in better condition. It is considerably lighter. Note: these will not drop into a Euro bass without some re-routing to enlarge the space slightly. £150 for each bridge or £285 for the pair. Price includes UK shipping.

  12. Lovely! 😍 GLWYS.
  13. The only thing is whether Andertons (sorting the order with EB) request me to send them the old bridge first before they post the new one… otherwise you may be right and call it a win!
  14. If you've not formally agreed and signed off on returning it, I'd consider that a win.
  15. Less than an hours use, so in excellent condition. Light Gauge - .050 / .065 / .085 / .105 Only the E string has been very lightly trimmed, so should fit four in line or two a side. £35.00 posted to the U.K.
  16. No idea as yet, the new one is on its way and should be here mid November so will find out soon…
  17. Unlikely, but I’ll never say never 😊 Please PM, ta.
  18. The problem with the TE410 cabs for me is their weight (100lb ish) and bulk. So I spent some time finding the compact 15" cab that is same width and depth as both series 6 AH200 and SMX250 heads. Not as powerful as the 410 but loud enough for most of my needs nowadays. If you can find the 210 compact cabs, they're worth a look too.
  19. Sounds like a solid buy with very few downsides for a £300 single pickup bass. Probably enough space to add another pickup if you fancied but doesn't sound like it needs it. Will be an absolute steal second hand if/when they come around!
  20. Looking for a trade by any chance?
  21. hello Kev (?)    have you already got the train tickets for next sunday ?  andy

  22. ***PRICE DROP NOW £1300*** 2010 US Stingray, 2EQ, CAR with rosewood board. One of the limited edition 133 basses, full fat ‘ray but with a soft gig bag case instead of a hard shell job. This is in excellent condition with one very minor ding on the top edge, and the pickguard is quite marked but obviously easily replaceable. Comes with a Hipshot D-tuner (long key though instead of short… doh), if you want the original tuner key I’ll chuck it in. I’ve also replaced the pickup with a Nordstrand MM4.2, which sounds flippin’ great. She’s quite heavy (10lb) but with a decent wide strap it feels ok. ***EDIT*** now comes with the option of a Warwick Rockbass semi-rigid case - photos added. Loathe to post this but can at buyer’s (insured) expense, or can meet in person at either Portsmouth, Southsea, Southampton or Lymington (I’m on the I.O.W.)
