Virtually new Fender Bassman 100 cover from Roqsolid, i got it to use while my flightcase was being manufactured so was only used briefly. Its a little dusty but will wipe. They're about £65 new + shipping Cover is in Hope Valley, happy to post within UK, probably gonna cost a tenner just for how small it doesn't fold up.

Since the new site my GAS has gone right up. Luckily for me your stock seems to sell quickly. Unlucky for me you’re not too far 😬

I remember when Behringer pedals were £20! Incidentally, my BDI21 is still going strong. Purchased new in 2007.

Thanks everyone. I'm hoping it's a sleeper hit. Picking it up tomorrow so fingers crossed for a good 'un.

At least we can be fairly sure that it’s a rosewood board - nothing splinters in quite the same way!

Presenting: A pop/disco track transformed into a future rave disco remix, starring special guest the Spector EMG-SSD. Song: Break My Heart. Artist: Dua Lipa Vocal track from: acapellas4u.co.uk Rewrote the chords and arrangement, then using the bit I know about future rave production teqniques, I played a 16 beat bass guitar pattern, like a mandolin. I split the bass guitar into three chanels then grouped them and gave that some Saturator > Compression/Expander > Compressor (kick side chain ducking) Bass guitar channels: CH1: Using fuzz and a leslie cabinet to make a 'saw wave' synth for mid range. Stereo. 100khz high pass into POD amps - post: Compression/Expansion > EQ > stereo expander > 16 beat volume chopper CH2: Using a small peak of frequencies to catch the 'snort' of the plectrum (how else?) Stereo. Fed post FX from Ch1 - 1.4khz EQ peak > Compression > stereo expander > Compression/expander. Ch3: The Sub channel. Key of F 55hz. Very low :] Mono. Fed pre FX from CH1 - 44hz low pass > compression > 16 beat volume chopper The channels are mixed in and out as needed for the sections. All flat out in the breaks. I DM'd Dua to ask if we should add it to the world tour set and if I'd need to wear a costume and do 'The Zip'. She said it would be a good one to end on but, she was still planning the tour and was having difficulties getting the promoters details from the receptionists at most stadiums these days.

Getting used to different necks is definitely the best way and absolutely not relying on the base of the neck as a reference point. It's much better to rely on your ears and use (for example on the G string) D F and top A as "jumping off points" to navigate. That way you can play on any neck and any scale. (even old Kennedy chamber/church basses that have teeny 38" string lengths.) Fitting an English (false nut) was very popular back in the early 70's and 80's. It just makes the intervals easier to span with your left hand. You soon get used to it (just like fitting a capo right up the neck if a guitar). But if you can, don't fixate on if it's a C, D, Eb or even an E neck... "Just play the bloody thing!" *quote from the legendary Jack McCormack

In fact, the USB TO HOST must also support the audio back, so the device should have an integrated audio interface, which the Kawai ES series doesn't support, but, for instance, the Roland FP-30X does have this function, as well as all upper range models, not sure if the FP-10 has it.
